                                                                       -Katt's P.O.V.-

I woke up the next morning, earlier than normal. I walked down the stairs and saw my sister passed out on the couch. I decided not to disturb her, so I quickly went in the kitchen and made a bowl of cereal. I sat at the island and ate, then went upstairs to the bathroom. I undressed and stepped in the shower, letting the warm water rush over me.

I washed up quickly, wanting desperately to be back under the covers. I rinsed off and stepped out of the shower, wrapping up in a towel and walking to the sink. I stared at myself in the steam covered mirror, before slowly opening the drawer and taking the cold metal razor in my hands. I held it to my wrist, ready to apply pressure as Harry's plea swarmed in my brain. I couldn't. Harry needed me. I slammed the razor back in the drawer, and closed it quickly.

I got ready as quick as I could, changing into this. Just as I was finishing my makeup, I heard a knock at the door. I ran down the stairs to see who it was. I opened the door and to my surprise, it was Harry. "Oh, Uhh.. Hi."

He smiled at me. "Hello. Mind if I come in?" Oh god, that smile. He was so gorgeous in every single way. But I knew he would never like me more than a friend. I allowed him in and he stepped in the living room.

"Just ignore her," I said, motioning to my sister. "She's been working really hard lately."

"I understand. Anyway, I was wondering if you'd like a ride to school?"

I smiled and nodded. "Just let me get my things real quick." I ran up the stairs and grabbed my backpack and my notebook. I fed my turtles and turned my light off before running back downstairs and meeting Harry.

"Ready?" He smiled at me. I felt my insides melt as I nodded, and we walked out and got in his car.

As he drove, I couldn't help but stare. He was the most beautiful person I had ever seen and I couldn't help but dream of him being mine. The one I could hold. The one I could trust. The one who loved me. I drifted off into my land of fantasy and the drive to school went by a lot quicker than I wish it would have.

The next thing I know, I was walking toward the entrance doors to the place I despised so much. But I felt as if something was comforting me, guiding me through the doors safely.

But that is until we walked in side by side, and we were greeted by a grimace from PJ.

-Harry's P.O.V.-

When I saw PJ's face, I knew everything Katt had said was true. I walked her to her class, PJ following close behind looking for an explanation. Once Katt was safely in her classroom, I turned to PJ and frowned. I didn't want to put up with her shit, so I got straight to the point. "Do you bully her?"

        "What?! Of course not!"

        "Bull. Just admit it, PJ!"

"Okay. I talk behind her back. So? It isn't any of your business!"

I looked down and lowered my tone, angrier than before. "She is beautiful. She is unique. She is a person with feelings, PJ. You hurt her. She is my best friend. I'm not going to stay with you if you treat her like shit."

Her face contorted from angry, to a mixture of scared and hurt. "Alright... I'll stop.."

"Now go to class." With that, I left her in the hallway, and walked into mine and Katt's first period.

There she sat, writing in her notebook as people called her names. It didn't seem to bother her much, but I had a new view of that girl, and I was going to try my hardest to protect her.

I took a deep breath and prepared myself for whatever would come my way. I walked straight up to Niall, the main power source of the bullying.

"Can I help you?" He asked. Katt looked up seemingly terrified at me. She shook her head no, but I wasn't ready to back down.

"Please stop bothering her." I asked, calmly as I could.

"And why should we?" Louis chimed in.

"She's a human being too, and she deserves to be treated like one."

Zayn laughed a bit. "And if we don't?"

By now the whole class had turned their attention to us. "Then we're just going to have to see what happens then, won't we?"

I returned to my seat just as the teacher walked in. I heard a quiet "Thank you," come from the sweet girl that sat next to me. I looked at her smiling and nodded.

        "Anything for you."
