Rachels pov :
Finn and I decided that it would be best if both of us went to couples counseling to sort out our issue's. "Hello my name is Dr.Derrick Sheppard I will be your counseler today . " He told us. "Hello Dr . Sheppard I am Rachel Berry and this is my ex but current boyfriend Finn Hudson. " I told him. "Great so heres how this works , first I'm going to talk to Rachel and then you Finn. After that we'll regroup and talk together. " He told us. "Okay." We both said. "So Finn if you could..." "I'm going." Finn said knowingly and left the room. "So Rachel tell me about yourself." Dr Sheppard said. "What would you like to know?" I asked him. "Well what do you do for fun?" He asked me. "I sing." I told him. "Oh thats right you were on broadway and you did a couple albums correct?" He asked me. "Yes I did." I said. "I also know your medical history, you were sexually assaulted correct?" He asked me. "Yes." I said looking down at the floor. "Has it affected you in the past 13 years? " He asked me. "Everyday. I really hard not think about it but sometimes when its just me and my thoughts I can't help it. " I told him. "You were also kidnapped." He said. "Yeah . My life isn't that easy. Its a great tragedy though nothing good ever happens . Except when I met Finn." I told him. "Ah yes when did you meet Finn?" He asked me. "My first day at McKinley. " I said. "He was kind and sweet , I could trust him." I said. "And do you still , do you still trust him?" He asked me. "I want to , I want to trust him I just can't. " I told him. "And why is that?" He asked me. "Because I'm worried. " I said. "About what?" He asked me. "If I have this baby and it dies like , like Emma did, Finn and I might not be able to come back from this and that scares the hell out of me." I told him. "Why?" He asked me. "Because he's the best part of me , he's been there since highschool, even though we weren't together for 13 years he is still my person. When it comes to him , I would do anything to make him happy. I'm just scared that if I love this baby and then it dies that he is going to leave and then I'll have no one. " I told him. Dr.Sheppard nodded, "Does Finn know about this?" He asked me. "He thinks that I don't want to love this baby because we could lose it. " I said. "Rachel, I read what happened to Emma 13 years ago . It was an aneurysm that killed her and at her age there was no way she could've surrived . You did everything you could to bring her back you and Finn did everything in your power to keep her alive but sometimes God does things for a reason and we don't know why he does it but he does . " He told me. "Can I go now?" I asked him. "Yes send Finn in please. " He told me. "Okay." I said and left the room.
