Hey there reader. If you're seeing this, it means you chose my story to read despite all the million other stories available on Wattpad. For that, I am extremely grateful. You have no idea how much. I really hope you'll enjoy it. All the characters are purely fictional and any similarities with real people (includes myself) is a coincidence. Constructive criticism is allowed and I'll really look forward to that. Lastly, I hope this book isn't similar to any.

Thank you once more. Xoxo

A three year punishment. The next phase of my school life might as well be summed up into that. According to my strict parents, day school seemed to turn me into some sort of 'spoilt brat', what with the partying, and wasn't really 'the best for me' so they decided I was to be enrolled in a boarding school.
I, Kylie Morgan. In a freaking boarding school. At the recurring thought of that, I couldn't help but shudder.
I let out a sigh at the sight of my already packed suitcases. My eyes darted to my already open closet which was half empty. Torrents of thoughts flooded my brain. Leaving behind my room, friends, my dog, and of course, good food.
"Kye!!" My mum called, interrupting my thoughts. "You ready, sweetie?"
"Yes. I'll be down in a few minutes" I said before putting one last coat of mascara. With that done, I quickly grabbed the smallest suitcase and rushed downstairs. "Ethan, could you please help me with my other suitcase?" I asked my older brother while putting on my best puppy dog face. He let out a soft groan before running off to my room as he was happy I would be leaving for boarding school. (My brother and I were like a cat and dog. We never agreed on most things and were usually fighting.) After all my belongings were loaded into the car, my mum planted a big kiss on my brother's cheek and drove off. The ride was everything you'd expect; rainy, sad and without a doubt, long.

I stood in front of Cedarwood Academy. Its high and old walls towering over my petite body. Being instantly filled with dread, I swallowed hard, grabbed my luggage and walked through the gates of the school. Everyone seemed to be in their own world. A lot of students passed by but not even one offered to help. "Seems like someone needs help." A brown haired boy that noticed me struggling said to me. Finally, a sane person!
"Oh. Uhm yeah" I responded with a warm smile and handed him the bigger suitcase. "Whoa, what's in here?" He asked almost dropping it. Seriously? "Just a few whales and an elephant" I said making him laugh. After walking and talking for what seemed like eternity, we finally arrived at the administration block. "I guess this is where we part ways" he turned to me. "Name's Stephan by the way and it was a pleasure meeting you."
In an olden romantic movie, this would be the part where he holds my hand in his and plants a soft kiss. "And your name is?...." Stephan said snapping me out of my thoughts. "Oh Kylie. It was nice meeting you." I replied with embarrassment written all over my face. With that, he glanced at his watch and scurried off. Everything was soon settled and I was led to my room where I begun unpacking.
I was to share a room with three other girls. One of which was tall, scrawny and had jet black hair, the second was plump but had ocean blue eyes and the third was short, had freckles and long blonde hair that rested perfectly on her shoulders.  Their names were Anna, Grace and Kendra respectively.
The next few months of my life were definitely going to be something!

Hey👋🏾 I hope you liked the first chapter of my story. The next are going to be more interesting.
