-Cassia's POV-

I stand in the yard, the wind blowing me. Keiran is at my side and we are facing Nicki and Linda.

'Well?' he asks. Nicki called me early this morning begging me to come to the yard.

Apparently Linda asked Keiran too come with me and we drove down, me slightly scared about what they have to say. Nicki looks straight into my eyes and I look away. She opens her mouth and closes it again as if she was trying to find a way to put it. She glanced up at Linda who cleared her throat and stepped forward.

'Uhh... First of all how was your wedding, Keiran?' Linda asked. Kerian's face softened.

'It was good! I'm actually meant to be in Paris tomorrow for our honeymoon so this was quite... Well, Jess isn't very happy about this so it had better be worth it,' he said.

'Oh, it is. I promise,' Nicki said quietly.

They lead us to the paddock where Elephant and my horse are kept but only Elephant was in there.

'Wheres my horse?' I ask. Nicki and Linda look from one to another and Nicki speaks up.

'Remeber when I told you that Elephant had good breeding and we went to see his sire and it didn't turn out too well?' she says. I remmber.

(FLASHBACK)

'So... You wanna see Elephant's breeding?' the man asked us. He was smoking a ciggerette and he was quite large. He was scaring me already and we hadn't even gone past the main gates.

'Uhh... His side if you don't mind...' Nicki said. I can tell she was shaking. The man huffed and sent us through where we met a gorgeous boy about our age.

I just stared at him. Nicki cleared her throught at the boy and he spun around, looking at us.

'Hey, my name is Billie. What's yours?' he was looking at Nicki. Dammit.

'Im Nicki and this is Cassia. We're the owners of Elephant, you see,' she said. He didn't seem very interested in our horses and handed Nicki some paper with a scribble on it. I leaned over and glance at it. It had a number and said CALL ME. Nicki smiled and put the paper in her pocket.

We went with Billie to a paddock and saw a huge stallion at the other end who looked just like Elephant.

'This is Chicago. He's Elephant's sire. They look just the same, don't they? Except Chicago is a bit moody and may not come over. Elephant's mother, Queen, was given away too, so it's just Chicago here,' he explained.

(FLASHBACK OVER)

'Uhh... I was looking at the CCTV and the vet has been and I think it's been proved...' she stammered before sighing and taking a deep breath.

'I think your horse is pregnant...'
