"So...jour bruder is cute." Gilbert complemented the next morning as he sat with Matthew on the beach. They were waiting for Alister to set up the boat so they could go out on the sea.
"He's adopted."
"Zhat means he's not related to jou, right?"
"Yeah. Me and Al are the only blood relatives in our family."
"Al?"
"Alfred. My twin."
"Damn. Zhere's two of jou."
"Yeah."
"Vhy isn't he wizh jou guys?"
"He stayed at home with papa."
"Mein kind vould never split twins up like zhat."
"Well...your kind is a simpler one." Matthew looked away.
"Humans aren't as complex as jou zhink. Jour emotions are zhe same as ours." Gilbert's hand snuck forward, resting on Matthew's. The blonde let him. Something felt right about this.
"Oh yeah? And what might your feelings be." He tested.
"I'm happy."
Happy...
"What aboot?"
"I'm happy zhat I have a great friend like jou."
Matthew smiled. "And I'm glad aboot the same thing."
Gilbert snickered softly. "Can I ask jou somezhing, birdie?"
"Of course."
"Jou're not gonna be here long...are jou?"
"No. I don't think so. Just a couple weeks." Matthew sighed.
"Zhat's too bad. Autumn here is beautiful." Gil's hand slid around Matthew's, holding it loosely. "I vould have loved to take jou to zhe Celtic Colours festival."
"That would be fun..." Matthew's voice came out somehow quieter than normal.
"So, jour bruder...vhat's he like?"
"Alfred? He's pretty loud and outgoing and stuff...kinda like you..."
"Are jou calling zhe awesome me loud? How dare jou?!" Gilbert's free hand flew to his chest dramatically.
"I didn't mean it in a bad way." Matthew lowered his gaze.
"I'm just playing vizh jou. Hey, can I come on zhe boat too?"
"I'm sure Uncle Alister won't mind..."
"Awesome! Let's go!" Gil stood, taking Matthew with him. The two boys ran off to the boat house where Alister was just starting up the boat.
"Getting in, brother?" Peter asked from the deck.
"Just a sec." Matthew climbed from the floor of the boathouse to the schooner. He stood between Peter and Gil who was still holding his hand. Arthur took notice from where he sat in the chair placed beside the steering wheel and raised an eyebrow warningly.
"Um...Gil..." Matthew whispered, nerves twisting around inside him.
"Ja?"
"How old are you?"
"Eighteen in human jears. Vhy?"
"Thank Trudeau. Dad kinda thought you were some kinda old man trying to go all pedo on me."
"I'M NOT OLD!"
"You are. You're an old pervy man with old man hair and old man breath."
"Vould an old man really have a dick as nice as mine? Be honest. Jou've seen it."
"Well...I've never seen an old man's dick. So I wouldn't know."
"But jou've probably seen plenty of dicks...being from a family of all boys."
"Okay. Fine. You have a nice dick. That is what you've been trying to get me to say, isn't it." Matthew groaned.
"Indeed. It is truly a treasure. All five meters of it."
"I think you're exaggerating a bit..."
"Nein. It is five meters."
"I doubt it."
"No jou don't."
"If you actually had a five meter long dick...you wouldn't be able to wear pants."
"But I don't vear pants most of zhe time."
"And I am disgusted by you for that fact."
"Aw, birdie, c'mon. It's only natural."
"You're gross."
"Biiiiiiirdie."
"Giiiiiiiiiiil."
"What are you two going on about?" Arthur asked.
Matthew shrugged and said "Nothing" just as Gil said "Mein five meters."
"Five meters of wh-oh...well..." Arthur turned to face forward and away from his children and the Selkie. "Whatever makes you happy, Matthew."
"Oh. It'll make jou happy alright." Gilbert winked.
Matthew groaned. "Gil, please."
"Alright kids! Time ta get this boat rollin'." Alister took his place behind the wheel and let the boat start up.
Sure, the guy was a bit filthy minded and way too loud, but Matthew was still glad to have Gilbert at his side.Ending sucks.
But the voice actor for Greece is Vic Micnognin. Why did nobody tell me? Tamaki no!
