Anyway guys, thanks for reading. Enjoy your final instalment.

"Yo Mattie, are jou almost ready?" Gilbert called up the stairs to their shared home on the outskirts of Toronto. Matthew looked up from the old family picture in his hands, wiping a tear from his eyes. He put it down and took a deep breath to compose himself.
Today was the day.
"Mattie, hurry up. Ve're going to be late."
The blonde made his way down the stairs and into his husband's arms. He couldn't believe that it had been ten years since they had dated, eight since they had married. Despite the time, Matthew still felt the same flutter in his chest every time they touched and got the same warmth in his lower regions every time he saw the man fresh from the shower.
"Vere jou crying again?" Gil adjusted Matthew's tie, kissing his head softly.
"I'm gonna miss him."
"I know, Mattie." The albino soothed. "Do jou have jour keys?"
"One sec, they're in my office." Matthew rushed back upstairs and through the first door on the right. His office was his own private sanctuary where he did all the paperwork for his household. There was a desk sitting in the back of the room, bookshelves around it and various medical degrees behind it. In the corner was a couch draped in the pure white seal skin he had kept safe for so long. He scooped his car keys off the desk and ran out of the house where Gilbert was waiting in the car, shifting in the discomfort of his suit.
They drove in silence, Gilbert knowing that Matthew just needed some time to himself.
The moment they pulled into the parking lot to their location, they were greeted by Alfred.
"Franny and Eyebrows are waiting inside." He announced after giving his brother a huge hug.
"Thanks, Al." Matthew whispered, not wanting to burst into tears again.
The three walked into the building and were immediately greeted by the Brit and the Frenchman. Arthur stood off to the side while Francis fell into Matthew's arms, sobbing up a storm.
"Mon petite Peter!" He managed through the tears.
"Shhh. It's okay papa." Matthew whispered, patting his older dad on the back.
"Let's just sit before the ceremony begins." Alfred decided.
All the men went to the front row of the church pews to sit with the exception of Matthew. He had other duties.

A few minutes later Matthew was at the front of the room, his younger brother at his side. Peter had grown so big during the past decade, his hair was still sandy, eyebrows thicker. He had gotten a job in business and was already making it big despite being only twenty two.
Honestly, Matthew had expected Romeo, that tall Italian boy he met in college, to be his best man. But instead it was him up at the front of the room.

"Bro, can I ask you something?"
"Sure, Peter. What is it?"
"I'm going to propose to her."
"What? Really?! That's great!"
"And if she says yes, will you be my best man?"
"Me?! Me?! What?!"
"I want you to be. You've always been there for me since that trip to Nova Scotia. I wanted to make it up to you."
"Peter,"
"Please, Matthew."
"Okay. I will. Thank you."

Music started to play and a brunette girl walked down the aisle. She too had bad eyebrow game. Their children would be beautiful.
Her brother, Liam, lead her down the aisle. He was a rugged Australian man with hair that stuck up and a bandaid on his nose. Matthew had met him at a giant family Christmas party the previous year. The two could barely understand the others way of life but they still hit it off as best buds within hours.
They were followed by a small girl from Liechtenstein named Lili.
The priest went on and on about love and commitment, the same speech from Gil and Matthew's wedding before he concluded with a soft, "Winry Smith, do you take Peter Kirkland to be your lawfully wedded husband."
The Australian girl answered with a yippy "I do."
The same question was asked of Peter to Winry. He too agreed to the marriage.
They kissed and Francis cried.

Hours later the reception was in full swing. Alfred and his girlfriend, Natalia were chatting in the corner. She had recently announced her pregnancy a few weeks before. Arthur had been furious at Alfred as he was still living at home. But he quickly jumped into adulthood when he found out about being a father. He was now living in an apartment with Natalia (who also happened to be Ivan's sister) and was now using his college degree to work as a video game creator with his friend Kiku. It had taken twenty seven years but Alfred had finally grown up.
And speaking of Ivan, he and Yao had tied the knot a few years back as well. Matthew had attended the wedding as not many others had. It was a nice event, and actually how Alfred met Natalia. Yes. Their relationship has begun as revenge sex. But they seemed happy.
Francis and Arthur danced together, Arthur pretending he wasn't into it despite the spark of light in his eyes. Francis was laughing gleefully.
Matthew and Gilbert danced until they were too tired to stand. They then sat down at one of the many tables, Gilbert stripping his husband of his shoes and starting to rub his feet.
"So, vhen is he leaving?"
"One week from tomorrow."
"I hear Australia is nice."
"Me too. But it's so far away. There's only a small window of space where I can talk to him on the phone."
"Zhen use zhat space."
"I will." Matthew stretched his shoulders out. "Gil,"
"Ja?"
"What do you think aboot adopting a kid?"
"I zhink zhat vould be awesome."
"Really? Baby or child?"
"Baby. I vant to raise it from zhe beginning."
Matthew smiled softly. "I'll make some calls tonight."
"Danke, Birdie!"
"Consider it your birthday gift, okay."
"Alvight."
"And Gil,"
"Ja, Vögelchen?"
"I love you. Forever."
"Ich liebe dich auch, teddybären." Gil repeated back. "Forever."

See how I made it seem like Peter died but then I didn't Muahahahah. That's my last evil trick for this story.
See ya in my next fic!
