Chapter Twenty

Chapter 20

"(Name), I love you."

You hear Levi said, straight to your eyes and heart. His hug became more tighter to your body, sending your brain to go off your head.

"Levi.. I.. I...." You stater as you try to speak yourself, but cannot make any statement at the moment.

Levi raised his right hand from hugging you to put his index finger to your lips and utter a 'shh'. He still looks so dearly to your (eye color) irises. His silver gazes gives you a warm feeling to your fast pounding heart. For you, He was so perfect at the moment. Romantic and Dominant.

"You don't need to say anything, (name). Just please, listen to me." Levi said, after hr let go of your body and let you stand on your own feet.

You inhale a large amount of air and deeply close your eyes as you exhale slowly to stabilize your trembling breath. Levi look at you with a smirk in his lips, causing you to blush after you open your eyes and look back at him. You clear your throat before you open your lips to answer back.

"Ow..key?." Was Your first word while you scratch your head and avoid his piercing silver orbs, then look towards the hallway leading to your unit, still keeping the blush on your cheeks. "I'm just wondering. How did you came up here without the guards calling me first for confirmation?" You said, continuing your statement.

You hear him exhaled before he speaks his answer.

"Forgot already? Connections, baby." He said, halfway mocking and joking, making the 'baby' sound flirty.

You slam your right palm to your face as you remember it clearly. "Yeah! Right. Thanks for reminding me your an Ackerman." You said while drawing circle on your forehead, between your eyebrows.

Levi chuckled a bit because of your childish behavior. He find it really cute, together with the uncontrollable blush on your cheeks every time he want you to. You look up back to his handsome face and smile a little to him.

"Let's talk to my apartment, is that okey with you?" You offer, and he instantly nod at you.

"That would be perfect." Levi said back.

You both walk back to your unit with you leading him. It was am awkward walk as you feel his silver eyes digging holes at your slim back. You gulp your own saliva, trying to calm your self.

You both reach the door to your unit and you unlock the the door as fast as you could, avoiding other tenants saw you with a man other than your blond boyfriend. You open the door and let Levi enter first. You do the same shortly after securing the hallway that no one saw both of you.

After you lock the door, you turn to walk towards the brown couch where Levi is already seated. You both sit on the couch on both ends of the glass center table.

Levi already took off his boots and black leather jacket, while you forgot to remove your red stilettoes.

You both look at each other's eyes again. You wait for him to start while you play with your own fingers connected to one another and pumping it like a spider.

"Please, start. I promise to listen carefully." You said, trying to make him start talking after you look at your wall clock and saw fifteen minutes had already pass since you both enter your unit.

Levi clear his throat, then inhaled and exhaled before he starts.

"As I've said, (name), I love you." He stand up from across you and place himself on the end of the large couch where your single-sitter couch is near. He grab your hands and look at your fact again. You were calm by now, not as shock as earlier, but you still blush at his confession.

"Listen, (name)." He started again. He then tell you every detail on how he first saw you at the bar. His fascination about your face being still so beautiful while so intoxicated by alcohol. How he keeps on loving you while you still no idea who he was. How he stares at you from afar for so long. How Erwin starts to like you and eventually stole you from him. How he tries to talk to you after he sang on the stage hoping he can stop Erwin to get you that night. How he dies every time he saw you with Erwin and how you smile because of him. He tell you everything he keep locked in his heart and how he just watch you being taken away because he cannot fight for you.

You look at him, you start to cry silently as you saw how painful it was for him watching you being kissed and hugged by his best friend whom he once betrayed. He want you, yet he doesn't, because he was bounded into a fix relationship with Petra, whom the reason why Erwin's heart break for the first time.

He cannot afford to do that pain all over again.

Silence hug the both of you as your tears won't stop pouring down your cheeks while you look at his eyes showing his broken soul deep inside his heart. He wipe your tears in your cheeks with both his thumb as he holds your face, carefully scanning your beautiful yet sad features.

"Why... Levi.. Why just..now..?" You said, asking him why he was telling all of this to you this late, where her heart promise to love Erwin forever.

You let your heart pour out of your eyes. You cried out every sadness your heart have now while you hold your nose and lips tightly with both of your hands.

Levi instantly hug you tight, letting you cry on his chest. He let you dump his shirt while he squeeze your body against him, securing you that he feel the same pain as you are. He hug you and rest his head in your shoulder, silently trying to calm you while he holds his own tears back on his head.

Both your knees landed on the tiled floor as Levi hugged you even tighter and not letting the couch's arm rest block the way. He caress your back and you start to calm, stopping the silent sobs you shake in his arms. Once he's sure you stopped crying, he hold your chin and pull it up so you look back to his face. You obey his hand's command and you willingly look up to his solver irises. He smile at you. He flash his most genuine smile to your face while he wipe away all the salty water on your eyes and cheeks.

"Do you love me, too?" He ask out of the blue.

Your eyes widened and your lips parted a bit. You were caught off guard by the sudden question he throws on your face. You stutter, finding the answer for him, but you yourself don't know it. You can't speak, so silence hug both of you, again.

"I won't ask for the answer, again. But, I have a favor to ask you, one last time."

Both of you gulp as an intimacy spread an aura around the two of you. You clear your throat to ask him.

"What's it?" You tremble your words, hiding the nervous heart on your chest.

Levi look at you VERY carefully. finding the best word to utter his last request.

"(Name)"

He gulp and sweats balled both on your foreheads.

"Make love with me."
