"Consistency is key."

Do you ever have great ideas or resolutions that you want to do but it never lasts.
Like, you've decided that you going to exercise (no not extra fries) everyday for half an hour.

So on Monday your first day of doing your resolution, you feel pumped and after you do it you're feeling good and healthy, so on.
Then Tuesday comes its the same.
Wednesday come you still feel motivated but a little hesitant.
Thursday comes and you dreading the workout, but you lazily do so.
Friday comes and you start cursing off the idea but you still workout for like 5 minutes only.
Saturday comes but its ignored.
Sunday comes but the conscience of not doing it eats at you but you know 'to hell with that'.
And after that you don't do it again because you're
Bored
Tired
And
Unmotivated.

Why?

Because you didn't weren't consistent with what you wanted to pursue.

You need to keep doing something to make it work the way you intend it to.

But how do you make yourself get up in the morning - EVERY morning, to get things done?

I think it takes self motivation, get into the right mindset and tell yourself.

Make a list of pros and cons of your resolution and when in doubt simply take a long look at the list that you should mount up somewhere to remind yourself.

Seek success. Just think about what can come out of it.

"I'm gonna stay organized at work"
"Ill help at the orphanage once a week"
"I'm going to stay away from sweets for 90 days"

Do whatever you desire over and over again. To make it the norm for you. And once you get into a routine your not going to want to stop.

Its like putting on your underwear everyday, you not gonna forget, no?
