Chapter 34

Over the next 2 weeks I learnt to live with Justin but I would be lying if I said I wasn't happy to see the back of him as he left to headed back to America. The one direction boys had gone to the airport to wave him off. We were in Manchester. But plus side, Jodie, Luke the kids and Dougie and Seb were joining us in 2 days which was great. I was sat back stage with Ash, James, Brad, Connor, Trist and Sid. Savannah, Sky and Izzy were fast asleep but Oscar was playing on the floor with James and Brad.

Just then the one direction boys walked in.

"Heyya." I said smiling Niall came and sat next to me.

Ash gave him such a dirty look and I kicked him.

"Ouch." He said I rested my head on Niall's shoulder.

About an hour later the one direction boys headed off for sound check.

2 days later the others arrived and it was good to get my arms around Dougie.

"Hello babe." He said smiling and giving me a kiss

We all headed for the stands to sit and watch sound check, Seb and Cassidy loved being on a tour again they thought it was great.

We headed up to our box to watch the show it was great. The one direction boys got the crowd involved so much it was great to watch.

Sadly after half term I had to head back home, I really didn't want to go home but I would be back in like 2 weeks only for a week because it would then be mines and Dougies birthday.

Which I was super excited about. Going into work after 3 weeks of being off was depressing I had enjoyed my time off but working the gave yard shirt on a Monday was never fun. Monday were the worst day and I hated working on a Monday.

"Evening." I said once I had dumped my things in my locker and headed out to get my charts tonight I was in the A&E part of great Ormounds street which was fine because it always kept me busy and my shift then went really fast.

"Evening. Coffee?" Mark said

"Oh yes please." I said

He went and got me coffee and I headed to the waiting room which was packed.

"Savannah lee." I shouted over the noise and a 9 year old girl and her mother stood up and walked over to me.

"Hello come this way sweet heart." I said leading Savannah and her mother into room

"That's a nasty cut." I said sitting down.

"Hello mum, now Savannah how did this happen." I asked

"I was helping mummy with dinner and I cut my hand on the knife I was using to cut up carrots." Savannah said

"Oh no." I said

"Right I need you to give your fingers a wiggle. Can you wiggle them?" I said and Savannah wiggled her finger.

"That's great." I said smiling

"Will I need stitches?" Savannah asked

"You might do. Can I have a look at your hand?" I said holding my hand out

"Ok right it's not as bad as I thought it was but it will need stitches." I said standing up and going over to the door opening it and saying

"Max, where Billie." I asked

"No idea but I can page her if you like." Max said

"Please this will be a great teaching case." I said smiling

5 minutes later Billie turned up. Billie was my med student she was lovely

"Right come this way Savannah." I said smiling and Savannah and her mum followed me.
