finding out

I wipe my eyes. I need to take care of my kids. That still sounds weird, me being a teen. Wait. Where am I? Oh yeah. Kidnapped and all that. I wonder if Jace will find me. Mind link won't work. I can't heal. Man I'm Hungary. I walk up the stairs to the locked door.

"Hey! Are you ever going to feed me?" I pound on the door. Its been a week and he still hasn't fed me.

"Come on! This is animal cruelty." I wince at my insult. I just called myself an animal. I'm starting to loose it.

"It sure is mutt!" The guy opens the door and pushes me back. My eyes widen at what's happening. I summer salt down the stairs and groan. Ow! That freaking hurt. I slowly get up and glare at the man.

"Oh and here's your food. He places a dark purple block on the stairs. Really? Why? I look at the food. I sigh. Food is food. Slowly i crawl up the stairs. The block is warm, sticking to my hands. I bring it up and sniff it. It has no smell. I take a nimble of it. It doesn't taste bad, but it reminds me of something. I shuffle down the stairs. The room is bare . bringing my legs in holding myself I rock back and forth. My eyes close suddenly.

Jace

I'm speeding down the highway. I can't wait to see Chris. Its been a while. I slow down a tad knowing that if I got in a car crash Chris would not be happy knowing she's the reason why. I pull into the drive way to see all the people gone. Out for a run? I grab my bags and head in the pack house.

After giving my stuff to the maid I walk to the kitchen. If anyone's here that's where they would be. And I'm right. There is a girl there about the same age of Chris. She looks worried. She's so deep in thought that I have to shout her name.

"Huh? Oh Alpha its you."

"Where is everybody?"

"Oh um... on a run." She seemed to be hiding something.

"Is Chris with them?" Her eyes widen.

"Uh yeah!" Okay now I know something is wrong.

"Then why aren't you with them?" I narrow my eyes at her.

"Because I'm not feeling well." Now I know she's lying to me. If she wasn't feeling well she would be sleeping.

"Tell me the truth." I growl in my Alpha voice. My wolf is getting worried.

She gulps." Chris has been missing after going to the park. Everyone's out there looking for her. I'm suppose to stay here if she comes back. They should be here soon. I went livid. No one wanted to contact me when she was missing? I feel my wolf take over. He grabs the girl by the neck and throws her against the wall. She will live but she probably needs a doctor. We run out of the house to see the pack staring at me wide eyed. They start whispering. On guy, the mate of the girl runs in there and glares at me.

"I'm going to go and look for her. No one will stop me." I bolt shifting into my wolf. The trail goes to the park but it stops there. I can sort of smell her scent in the air. I follow it to the road and stop. I know she was kidnapped. Dang it! I shouldn't have left her. She's a Luna, she could have came. There's a piece of cloth on the ground down the road. Catching the sent on it I nearly cry. What if she's dead? How could I live with myself without her? I take the price of cloth and try to concentrate on her feeling. All the sudden I feel an intense pain in my head. This gives me mixed feeling. I know she's alive but I also know she's in pain. A lot of pain. When I find whoever took her I will rip him apart and make him regret even looking at Chris. Who is it? Is he a hunter? Then it dawns on me. I know who it it, but I don't know where he is.
