After Cal was dressed, he looked at me and noticed I was still wearing his shirt. He crawled over to me on the bed and kissed me,
"You look great, babe." He said,
"Thanks, you look pretty cute yourself." I told him with a smile,
"I have to let Dave know I'm going, so I'll be right back and we can leave." He said,
"Okay." I replied,
I slipped my shoes on as I waited for Calum to return. After about 3 minutes he did,
"Ready?" He asked,
"Yeah." I said,
He put a hand out for me to take, which I did,
"Dave, us meeting us out back. He's going to drop us off a few blocks away to avoid going through all the fans." He said as we walked out and over to to elevator.
"So you just avoid fan?" I asked, I was a fan so i was kind of hurt by that.
"No, it's not like that. If we meet them on the street it's fine, but walking out of the hotel they'll follow us and I do want to get modded." He informed, as we took the elevator down.
That makes sense, there were a lot of fans outside and last thing I want is to see one of them mobbed.
"Oh, sorry." I told him, kind of embarrassed for jumping to conclusions,
"Don't be." He said, as he brush his hand over my cheek.
We met Dave out back and he drove us a few blocks away, like Cal said and he dropped us off. He said to be careful and call when we want to be picked up or if we get into any problems. We told him thank you for the ride and he gave us a final good bye saying have fun before he drove off.
"If you see anywhere you want to go to eat, just let me know." He said, with a smile to me,
"Okay." I said and returned a smile
We were just walking down the street, hand in hand, taking in the city. I've never gotten to do this before, I didn't visit the city much and when I did we never walled around.
"You look amazed." Cal said, taking me out of my daydream,
"Yeah, I've never got to just walk around like this." I told him,
"Glad I could be the to share it with you." He said simply and placed a kiss on my cheek.
"How bout we go there?" I pointed to the Sunny Side Up.
"Looks perfect." He said, we walked up to it and he opened the door for me.
"Thanks Cal." I said,
"Of course, babe." He replied.
"Have a seat anywhere." Someone called,
"Where would you like to sit, babe?" He asked,
I walked over to a booth in the corner, with Calum behind me and took a seat, Cal sitting on the other side.
An older woman, about 40, walked over to us after we just sat down,
"I'm Anne, here are your menus," he said and handed them to us, "How are you guys doing today?" She asked,
"Good, thank you." Cal said,
"Good, can I get you something to drink or would like a few minutes to look?" She asked,
"Coffee." I said,
"Make that 2." Cal told the nice lady,
"2 coffees, coming right up." She said as walked away,
Me and Cal flipped our coffee cups up for when she came back and we looked at the menus.
She came with the coffee and a bowl of coffee creamers.
"Do you have flavored creamers?" I asked,
"Sure, any flavor you'd like?" She asked,
"Can you bring 2 of whatever will fit in the bowl?" I asked,
"Of course, I'll be right back." She said, and walked away,
"Here you go, dear." She said placing the bowl on the table,
"Thank you." I told her amd she gave me a nod,
"Do you know what you would like you do you still need a few minutes?" She asked,
"I'm ready. Kells?" He asked,
"Yeah I'm ready." I stated,
"Well what can I get for you, dear?" She asked me,
"Ham and cheese omelet." I said,
"What kind of bread would you like?" She asked,
"Rye, please." I told her,
"And for you darling?" She asked Cal,
"Chocolate Chip pancakes, a side of eggs, bacon and sausage." He said. Well he doesn't keep that body by watching what he eats that's for sure.
"Syrup or whipped cream for your pancakes?" She asked,
"Definitely whipped cream." He said,
"Great choice. Would you like any bread? She asked,
"Wheat." He said,
"Okay, anything else I can get the 2 of you?" She asked us,
"Can I have a glass of milk when you bring the food?" I asked,
"Of course, dear. I'm going to go put your order in, it shouldn't be a long wait." She assured us,
"Thank you." Cal called as she walked away.
"Big breakfast, huh Cal?" I said with a small laugh,
"Are you calling me fat?" He asked,
"Calum Hood, you are anything but fat." I said,
"Thanks." He said,
"So, where are you guys going next?" I asked,
"Um, Kentucky, I think." He said,
"Oh no, home of KFC." I said with a laugh,
"If I have to hear Ashton's KFC story one more time." He said and I started laughing.
"I'm serious." He said,
"I know. I just didn't know he brought it up as much as what it seems." I said,
"Well he does." Cal stated,
"When do you leave?" I asked,
"Not til later tonight." He said, he took my hand, "We're gonna have a great day today, right?" He asked,
"Yeah." I said with a smile,
"Where would you like to go after this?" He asked,
"I dont know, let's just keep going the way we were." I said,
"Sounds good." He replied with a goofy smile,
"Your glass of milk, dear." Anne said placing it down on the table,
"Thank you." I told her, she gave me a nod,
"Your food will be right out." She said and walked away.
She came back about 2 minutes later with our food,
"Any thing else I can get for you now?" She asked,
"No, I think we're good." Cal said,
"Okay, enjoy your breakfast." She said and walked away, Cal calling a thank you to her again.
We both started to eat our food and it was really good. Cal offered me a bite of his pancakes but I told him I don't like pancakes. He doesn't understand how someone doesn't like pancakes. I stole some of his bacon and sausage and he eat some of my omelet.
