Ashton's POV:
"Luke, you should probably go to sleep now buddy." I sighed, this kid just won't hit the hay. Trust me, I should know! I've been trying anything for two hours and a half!
"No! I just need to text her, can I just have my phone?" He wines, Oh yeah! I forgot to mention, I took his phone away as well.
"You'll have it in the morning. Goodnight Luke." I mumbled then shut his door.
Brooke's POV:
It's been a week and two days since I left. But Luke has barely tried to get a hold of me. For which I'm thankful. I would like to see him again in the future, but for now, I'm just gonna focus on school. I need to actually find a good job rather be stuck on the streets and homeless.
I was just about to pull out my math textbook then my phone started to buzz. I looked at it and saw Ashton on the screen. I sighed heavily then decided to pick it up.
"BROOKE! Wait? Brooke you answered?" He coughed awkwardly
"Yeah.... Uh what's up?" I chuckled
"Oh nothing, I just wanted to call and see how your doing, how's life? I really miss you, Luke is still Luke, Cal and Mike are out somewhere and I'm here, with Luke." He laughed
"Damn sounds like fun."
"Yeah, oh wait! Luke heard his name he's coming" Ashton squealed then I heard Luke's voice faintly in the background.
"Who are you talking to?" He questioned and I'm guessing tried to grab Ashton's phone. I tried to hang up before he could see my caller ID but I was to late.
"Brooke." His voice was like music to my ears, I couldn't get it out of my head even if I wanted to, the way he cuddled me when I was sad the way he kissed me, all of those feelings came back, and I shook my head, I can't be remembering this, this is why I left.
"Brooke?" He asked again then I remembered that I never answered
"Hi Luke."
