Apparently I can write a chapter in a span of a few hours to a month:P Anyways here is the next chapter.

Hope you all enjoy!

JAZMINE'S POV:

It hurt to talk. I hadn't seen myself yet but I already knew that a large bruise was forming on my left cheek. All because of their carelessness!

"What happened?" The Doctor asked me, as the light caught the blue, black and possibly green bruise. Anger intertwined with worry in his voice.

"What happened!?!" His voice raged. He grabbed Lestraude by the collar of his jacket and pulled him near him.

"She was starting to wake up we didn't know what else to do." Lestraude answered, clearly afraid.

"So you beat her. " The Doctor stated.

"Doctor. Put him down." I break into the scene. It hurt so much but I tried my best to withstand the pain.

"Doctor" Rose said for me again. He put the man down but stood over him threateningly. There was so much fear in Lestraude's eyes.

"Aren't there laws about that?" John asked, keeping an eye on the Doctor. I moved as far as the small cell would allow me. I reached for the Doctor and tugged on his tweed jacket. He pulled back and I found his hand.

"Yeah. If your human." Lestraude spat towards me. Immediately the Doctor moved towards him. I pulled him back.

"She is more human then you'll ever be." The Doctor spat back. He turned his back to the man. I watched as he pulled out his sonic screwdriver and unlocked the cell door. I slightly limped towards him. I assume that before I went unconscious I pulled my thigh muscle trying to fight back. When the Doctor saw that, he glared at Lestraude, and picked me up. He cradled me near him. I could feel, and hear, the beating of both his hearts.

"We are leaving with her. And trust me if you tell the authorities, your job will not be available to you much longer." Rose explained. The three of us turned and casually walked out. Yet we were far from acting as if everything was normal.

The Doctor reached the TARDIS and put me down. He pulled out my key and stuck it back in my pocket.

"Thank you." I whispered. He kissed me right then and there. It hurt but it was also pleasurable. It was a nice hurt. Rose coughed behind us. The Doctor pulled away. He acted as if it was the most awkward thing ever while my face had the biggest smile spread across it. We all walked into the TARDIS. After the Doctor had parked as close as he could to the duplicate TARDIS, I walked to the wires and blue orb. It was bright enough to light up the entire room. Rose and John were ready to leave.

The Doctor did a few more adjustments and walked out of the extra TARDIS. I stood by his side ready to say goodbye to my new friends. Rose walked out first. She walked up to the Doctor.

"It seems like every time you tell me that we can never see each other again, you're wrong. I have a different life now but you have a new and wonderful life ahead of you. My family is waiting for me back home." I heard her tell the Doctor. She dug into her back pocket and pulled out a picture. There was her, John, a young boy and girl. The girl couldn't have been older then four and the boy was even younger.

"Keep this. That's my daughter, Donna, and my son, Jack. I want you to know that I have a wonderful life back at home. And you should have one here." She explained. Rose wrapped the Doctor into a hug.

"Goodbye, Doctor. See you again." She kissed his cheek and moved towards me.

"Jazmine." She said with a hint of sadness. "Me and you will meet again. We will be complete strangers though. And he" she gestures to the Doctor "won't be there. Keep him in your heart because no matter what happens. What you are told. He will always love you." Rose explained. I nodded back, slightly worried about my future.

"Goodbye Rose. See you soon." I said, pulling her into a hug. I shook hands with John and watched as the two boarded their TARDIS, hand in hand. I reached for the Doctor's and the two of us waved goodbye as they disappeared.

I sat on the TARDIS console, my legs crossed underneath me. Occasionally I took as sip of the wine glass that rested in my hands. What could Rose have meant? The Doctor walked in and leaned next to me. He reapplied some of the paste that would supposedly help the bruise. I looked at him with kind eyes.

"Doctor, I'm sorry for getting so mad at you today. I was just jealous and irritated. I was overreacting." I said out of the blue.

"Of course you were overreacting." He replied with a smile. "But I understand. You were afraid that you would lose me to some degree."

"And I almost did." I explained. He nodded his head and kissed my forehead.

"You won't lose me because I won't lose you." Rose's words came to mind as he said that.

"It's a big universe." I said, looking down at my glass.

"But too small for you to hide." The Doctor slid his hand under my chin. He raised it so that he could look me in the eye but I couldn't move my head down.

"What if I told you that there was a way that you couldn't lose me?" He looked at me with so much love in his eyes. Is this what all his other companions experienced? Was I just another one he was waiting to lose?

"What would that be?" I asked.

"Marry me." He stated. I looked down and saw my mother's ring resting in the palm of his hand. I looked back at him with shock on my face. The Doctor gave me a questioning look yet I was speechless. I grabbed his face with my hands and crashed my lips onto his. He pulled me close to him, one hand held in a fist holding the ring. This kiss was short lived as he pulled away.

"I'm guessing that's a yes."

"In every language of the universe."

Pleasant little surprise isn't it?:) As always don't be afraid to leave comment, suggestions and please vote.

'till next time!
