Rikard dusted himself off then turned to Neon a small smile on his face
"so he said where have you guys been?" Neon shrugged
"go ask the captain" he said pointing to me I smiled
"what?" I said looking at his confused expression "you had to have seen this coming"
he shook his head and smiled while I looked around and stood up
"where are you going now?" he asked
"taking a walk you guys can go ahead I'll be back in a few minutes"
they all shrugged and began to walk

I came to a clearing it only took me a few seconds to figure out it was the clearing we got caught in well the biggest give away was the big hole in one of the trees were blood rimmed the outside of it. I walked into the trees around the clearing and under the leaves I found some of my swords and daggers but couldn't find the bow that in those few short moments of using it I had grown attached to it was a strange feeling I had when I was holding it like I could make any shot no matter how close. It had some really cool marking. But sadly I had to go back without it

we set sail early the next day so we could leave that island far behind us and the battles that were fought their I dodged the many questions that came from the crew about why I took so long and what mess I got myself into but I just told them to get back to work it was only when it started to get dark did we put the anchor down I stretched and went to look over the side of the ship I pulled my hat further down someone walked up the stairs making them creak I looked to see Rikard I smiled and he smiled back
"well" I said with a small sigh as I stretched out my arms again "back to the navigator hmm" he chuckled
"back to my navigator" he corrected with a wink and I smiled
"back to your navigator" I mimicked smiling
he grabbed my hat placing it on his own head I frown
"hey give that back" I growled
he backed up against the railing as I tried to get it back but he continued to hold it out of my reach tempting me closer to him but I didn't notice. all I was focusing on was saving my hat he pulled me closer placing my hat on his head again
"it's my hat" he said into my ear
"but I claimed it" I breathed as his face came closer to mine
his lips gently touched mine silencing me as I kissed him back reaching up I took the hat back pulling away
"my hat!" I claimed as I placed it on my head he sighed smiling
"so" said Rikard relaxing "what have you been doing other than stealing my hats Neon told me you guys got used as slaves but I find that hard to believe, and he also told me one other thing I don't believe either" I smiled as he leaned against the railing "but I want you to tell me" he closed his mouth then smiled "and now the entire crew seems to know your a princess yes?"
"well" I said "you didn't hear it from me"
"no" he smiled "I heard it from every one else"
"well I was made captain" I told him and Rikard raised an eyebrow
"I feel like your missing out on some important detail" he said coaxing me to keep going I smiled
"well Khan nominated me an--"
"let me stop you there why exactly is Barium being so nice to you" my smile grew bigger as I recalled what happened
"because" I said sweetly "I made him my bitch and had him grovelling at my feet in less than six minutes"
Rikard looked shocked then smiled and started laughing as he came closer then allowed a few seconds to pass between us then he stared out at the sea and sighed then looked back to me.
"I should have known" he said with a laugh as he ran his hand over my head
I sighed contently as his hand rested on my cheek I leaned into it I no longer wanted to hide my feelings for him but I had a feeling he wanted to steal my hat again
"so" I said pulling away "where to now you should have traversed all around the know ocean by now you should have finished your great big adventure?" I walked around and leaned back against the railing and he did the same
"your right" he said flipping around to face me he put his hands over mine caging me in "I have finished my adventure, but I'm willing to start another one" he leaned over to my ear "one with just you and me"
my skin prickled and my breath got caught in my throat he pulled back to my lips and kissed me feverishly pressing up against me my heart was humming he pulled away
"your heart sounds like a drum" he said I smiled raising an eyebrow
"and why might I ask are you listening to my heart?"
he smiled and he made his nose touch mine he kissed my neck
"because I like the sound" he said into my ear
I continued to smile one that dropped from my face quickly
"you said you were unable to love" I asked
he smiled and kissed my forehead cheeks and the crook of my neck
"that may be true but I'm willing to try it"
he kissed the corner of my mouth
"with you"
then he stole my hat and without another word he left I smiled then my eyes widened as all the mixed emotions sorted themselves out
"get back here with my hat" I yelled
"it's my hat" I heard him chime
"Rikard refusal is punishable by death" I heard him start laughing
"sweet heart I've never forced that rule in years"
"well" I said down to him "I'm willing to force it now" he visibly rolled his eyes at me
"shut up and do your job" he growled playfully I huffed unhappily
"I will if you shut up and do yours"
"oh but my sweet Angel I am"
"but I'm the captain!"
"not any more" he said smirking up at me
"Rikard" I growled
but he didn't say anything back he raised his hands up and walked below deck and I couldn't help the smile that found it's way on to my lips
