The building was large and beautiful. It was painted in a beautiful shade of blue and was about five stories. It stood out from the other buildings in Godric's Hollow because of course it was a lot more modern and had a bit of Muggle flair thanks to Deana and Hermione. They had hired muggle Architectures and of course Wizards were employed as well to put on the finishing touches. As was planned there was the quote from their past headmaster inscribed above the entrance of the building. The yard had big trees with an assortment of swings and jungle gyms, sand pits and sitting areas and everything that kids would enjoy. On the inside there were two nurseries, a kitchen, playrooms, there was even a T.V room (Mr.Weasley spent most of the day clicking through the channels with his nose practically pressed against the screen) and of course the sleeping quarters, store rooms etc.

The opening ceremony was officiated by the Minister of Magic Himself Kingsley Shacklebolt and was attended by what seemed to be half of the wizarding world. Kingsley stood on the podium in front of the new building that was sporting a big red bow magically levitating in front of the door, giving his closing speech with the large crowd in front of him. The founders stood a little in front of everyone and were applauded by the masses as Kingsley paid homage to them. They beamed brightly.

"And now!," said Kingsley in his booming magically amplified voice.

"Mr.Harry Potter will cut the ribbon and officially open up the Albus Dumbledore Memorial Orphanage!"

Harry released Ginny's hand and walked past Kingsley to the steps of the building were he used his wand to magically undo the ribbon. The crowd cheered widely and Harry grinned.

The children were brought in from St.Mungos and the over run Stockwell Orphanage and were let inside the building by a kind looking plump raven haired witch. The rest of the crowded pulled around outside and inside and some queued up to shake hands with the founders.

"Brilliant success don't you think?" Angelina looked. Oliver grinned down at her and slipped into the bench that she was sitting on. She smiled at him and nodded.

"You alright Lina?" he asked, his brows furrowed slightly.

"Yeah Wood, I'm fine, just enjoying the day."

"Well it will only get better, just wait."

Angelina threw a puzzled look at him and he grinned innocently back at her.

"What are you on about Oliver?" He got up, still smiling and took her hand pulling her gently to her feet.

"Come on, you'll see in a bit." Angelina shook her head but went along with him. Not long after there was a rush of excited teens and adults running to the back of the building. Oliver pulled Angelina closer and guided her around back through the crowds. Lee Jordon forced himself through the crowded to a raised platform around the back.

"And now presenting the band that needs no introduction...The Weird Sisters!!" The crowded went wild as the band made their way unto the stage and started playing. Angelina squealed excitedly.

" This is awesome! I love the Weird Sisters..Fred and I danced....never mind. Do you want to dance?"

"You don't need to ask me twice Johnson." He took her hand and pulled her to a clear spot and twirled her twice then bending her back. She laughed.

"Uh, wrong genre wood.."

He laughed and pulled her up.

"I was only messing." They continued dancing together for the next three spells of songs that the band played.

"Whew..I'm beat," Angelina said breathlessly as the band ended another song. Wood nodded in agreement.

"I'll go get us some refreshments, be back in a bit." He kissed her cheek and she smiled at him. She bobbed to the music as the Weird Sisters started playing a much smoother song. Couples started pairing up and Angelina began to feel awkward. She felt a tap on her shoulder and she turned around and was face to face with George. She looked at him but said nothing.

"I saw you and Wood." He said looking down into her eyes. She shrugged.

"Yeah I like to dance you know that." She answered dryly. He frowned slightly.

"I like this song, do you want to dance with me?" She hesitated for a while but moved in closer to him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and she put her hands around his neck. She closed her eyes taking in the familiar scent of his after shave. He and Fred used the same brand. That coupled with his familiar built had her pulling herself closer into him. She snuggled into him and George held her closer. Their feet stopped moving, instead they gently swayed to the music and for a little while they were the only two people there.

"I wanted to dance with you at the Yule Ball when this song was playing, but you and Fred seemed to be having a moment.."

Angelina thought back to the night. He kissed her in the middle of this song and she felt then like she did now, like they were the only two people there. She didn't answer, she just held him closer. He tilted her chin up to look at him.

" I should have..."

"May I have my dance partner back Weasley?" Wood was standing in front of them with two cups in his hands. Angelina pulled away and George fought hard to not scowl at Wood. He looked at Angelina for a while then walked off. Oliver handed her the drink then looked at George's departing figure.

"Did I walk in on something?" he asked turning his gaze back to her. She shook her head.

"No you didn't," she said softly. __________________
