POV: Caleb

It's been a few hours since I woke up and this whole time Aiden has been talking to some creepy man.

I thought he'd be more happy that his little brother finally woke up from literally almost dying, but all he did was roll his eyes at me and shoo me away. Fucking bitch.

Not everything was bad tho, one of the girls who saved us brought me into the kitchen and made me a snack while I waited for my baby-faced, horny older brother. 

I still remember everything that happened back home, but I'd rather not talk about it, so whenever the 'girl' asks me how we ended up there I just tell her I forgot everything that happened in the past week. That's believable since I hit my head pretty bad, right?

After a few minutes of silence, asides my pretty loud chewing, I looked up at the girl "So, what's your name?" I asked, a piece of my sandwich spitting out of my mouth resulting with me pushing it off the table hoping she hadn't noticed.

It was a good two minutes already and she hadn't answered. I opened my mouth once again to ask her the question but she opened hers first. "Alex, now shut up and eat before you spit again" she said in annoyance.

I nodded biting into the sandwich again and rolled my eyes.

"Don't fucking roll your eyes at me, and swallow that sandwich like how you swallow dick before you talk again" she said sternly as I laughed loudly pieces of my sandwich flying everywhere, a piece landing on her cheek which made me laugh even louder.

She got up from her chair clearly angry and walked into what seemed like her bedroom and slammed it shut. "Someone must be on their period" I muttered.

It's been three hours since Alex went in her room and she still hasn't come out. My brother is still talking to her dad, or maybe dead, but I wouldn't know. Alex's older sister, who I think is name is Abi, is in the backyard doing whatever girls do in backyards. Maybe I should go talk to her?

After a few minutes of rolling around in their kitchen bored out of my mind I finally got up to talk to Abi in the backyard.

"Hey," I began, "by any chance do you know why my brother is taking a long ass time with your dad?" I asked.

Abi shrugged her shoulders "I honestly thought he was just gonna ask him a few questions, I thought wrong" she rolled her eyes.

I sat down on the ground next to her "Sooo," I said dragging out the 'O', "do you know what exactly is going out in the world, cause I have the slightest idea. My family and I were just having some family day that my mom thought would be a good idea. They're dead now"

Abi's eyes widened "Shit, I'm really sorry for your loss"

I shrugged "I was surprised at first, but now I'm glad they aren't here. If they were, they would kill my brother and I for getting into a car accident and trashing the car."

Abi laughed at the joke "Well, to be completely honest, I hardly know what's been going on. My dad told my sister and I to pack and we were supposed to go in our RV and drive up in the mountains for a 'camping trip' the next day. No matter how much we packed, he always told us to pack more. That was when we cleared our closets and finally asked him what was really going on and he told us something was going on that we had to hide. I think the reason your brother is being asked so many questions, my dad might be thinking of bringing you two along, or just leave you here. Not sure. He told us that three days ago"
