Staying Calm

After Sam saw you and Cas kissing he left the room. And well, maybe even the bunker...

Everything was silent. The four of you were just staring at each other (Charlie, Dean, You, and Cas). "At least I don't have to hide it from Sam anymore that you two are together...." Dean finally says, after a couple minutes of silence. Everyone starts staring at him and he smiles nervously.

"Really Dean! Sam just saw (y/n) and Cas kiss! And he's freaking PISS! So you think that saying that is a great thing to say RIGHT NOW!?" This was the first time in like forever Charlie started screaming somewhat. 

You and Cas jump a little from her suddenly scream and he holds you a little tighter around your waist. "Guys...lets just calm down...and well see what Sam's going to do when he comes back...this might not be good....but he was going to find out sooner or later? Right?"

You say, yeah you were kinda scared of what Sam was going to do, or should I say act. But he was going to learn sooner or later, everything can't be a secret for ever. "Yeah...your right." Charlie and Dean say at the same time. Cas hasn't spoke yet, which is making you worried. You look at him and he looks at you. 

You smile to him and snuggle into the side of his waist, and you could feel him calm down a little. Plus you notice that his wings are wrapped around you, not touching your body but still wrapped around you. You relax a little as Castiel also relaxes a little, but not fully.

Dean, Charlie, Cas, and You just continue to stand there thinking about everything that happen. Then, you started to feel bad because you should of told him, you should of told Sam that you were dating Cas for like 3 weeks now. Nothing serious happen yet but Sam first said to you on the first day you met him that he'll protect you...and he promised. 

Guilt started to rush over you and you started to feel like you betrayed Sam. Yeah, Cas was friends with Sam, and well Sam knew Cas more since he didn't even know he had a daughter until you showed up at the door. Bu t he was supposed to protect you, he said that with his own words, and he always done it whenever you guys were. 

Like one time Dean, Sam, and you were at a store buying food, a guy came up to you and started flirting with you. And well, you weren't comfortable with how close he was towards you so you starting acting weird.

Sam notice and went over to you. He started talking to you saying the words 'daughter' loud enough so that strange man can hear and well after you and Sam were done talking, the man left. You were glad you had Sam. He was a great father, always making sure you were safe.

It was even funny sometimes.

 "I should go see if I could find Sammy anywhere.....and try to get him back to the bunker calmed down. So please don't be kissing and in each others faces alright lovebirds?" You and Cas both blushed and nod and then looked down, Cas's wings were still around you like if he was protecting you of something and that made you feel safe. 

Dean nodded and went out, he took the impala keys and went on the 'quest' to find Sam. "So now Dean's done to go find the angry moose......gosh, Sam should of know that you were going to fall in love at some point....."

Charlie said, and you and Cas laughed a little. "Well, I think he wasn't thinking that she would of fallen in love with me....I did do some things that I regret now..."

"Finally you talk!" You say excited, Charlie and Cas chuckle and you smile. It as fun, at that moment, it was like you three were all great friends and the two older, and wiser adults left the kids with a clueless one. It was funny. And a way to stay calm, for now... 

Sam's POV

I just had to leave the bunker once I saw that. I didn't want to start screaming and everything. Yeah ok I'm hoping they were just doing the 'tradition' and weren't kissing because well there a couple....

I just want (y/n) to be alright...and not make mistakes that would take a time to recover from. Yeah, life is filled of making mistakes and sometimes getting into trouble with those mistakes but I don't want (y/n) to get hurt. 

I'm supposed to be protecting her....

I know Cas won't hurt her, or pressure her into doing things she won't want to do..But (y/n) is still young...and I don't know if I like the feeling of her somewhat dating Cas....

Yeah he's a good guys, but he did make some mistakes in the past that I still don't forgive. If he didn't make those mistakes then yeah I think I'll be alright with that relationship. But I think Dean is right, I think sometimes I can be a little too protective. 

I continue to drink my beer. My thoughts were all over the place, it was hard to decide if I was ok with that relationship, or if I'm not ok with that relationship.

UGH!

Life is stressful. And I didn't even knew I had a daughter, until (y/n) showed up. I would of stayed with Alissa if I knew she was pregnant. I would of, but I didn't because I didn't know. It's weird how when you don't know things it seems alright to do something, but when finally realize it when its already too late all the guilt comes to you.

And then it feels like its all your fault. I don't even know why I decided to go to a bar. It was the first thought that came into my mind. Now I could see why Dean goes to the bar whenever he's stressed out, drinking away your problems is a lot easier then dealing with them.

But then I know I'm going to regret this later if I start to feel my hangover come. I'm starting to realize that its a stupid idea to drink early in the morning. The bar is kinda empty/full. I guess these people can drink in the morning since there used to it. 

Someone decides to sit next to me, and I don't even check to see who he really is. He orders the same beer I have. It's quite for a while, me and this dude are just drinking are beers in silents. I'm glad because I'm not really in the mood for talking. 

"You know what Sammy, (y/n) is going to grow up sooner or later, and then she's going to become a women, and then women decide to do whatever they want and think no one could tell them what to do. (y/n) is growing up faster since well she's a hunter and she's acting older then her age, but I don't judge. She knows what she's doing."

I look at him, he's right, every word he's saying is true. "Sammy were just going to have to support (y/n) with all the choices she makes.-" He takes a sip of his beer. "-and when she needs our comfort we give it too her. Because that's what dad's do, give comfort to there daughters when they need it."

I smile at him. "Yeah, your right Dean....I think I'm just worried for the choices she's making." 

Dean chuckles. "Your an overprotective father Sam. (y/n) knows for sure that what she's choosing is right. I know her, she's a smart girl, and won't let no man use her."

I chuckle, she did almost punch a guy because he was touching her on a case before. And I had to hold her so she didn't punch him. "Yeah your right...."

"Lets go Sam. So you could talk to (y/n) at the bunker."|

We paid for our beers and left. Well I was calm, for now....
