Its almost been a year

*the day before the guys were planned to get home*

" hey are you ok?" Asked jack while I was FaceTimeing him

" yeah just its  almost been a year since I got adopted" I said

" oh I'm sure they remembered" said jack

" they got a lot to deal with it's ok if they don't remember" I said

"I don't think it's ok I mean in a day  is going to be the day you got a family and they got you" said jack

" I can always count on you to make me feel better so how's your day?" I asked

" it's ok I'm kinda tired" said jack

" I better go we got a show I'll talk to you later bye" said jack

*at the station*

" hey Jim" I said taping his shoulder

" sup sky what are doing here so early?" Asked Jim

" I'm bored" I said sitting on the bench next to him

" hey can I show you something?" Asked Jim

" sure I guess" I said standing up

* in the lobby*

" right there"  said Jim while pointing at mikes name

"The only person who believed in me at first" I said

" now all of us believe in you" said Jim

" yeah I just wish Mike was here to see what I've accomplished" I said

" he's watching from heaven" said Jim

" wanna go drive around?" Asked Jim

" wanna bring shadow just in case" asked Jim

" sure I'll get em" I said opening the K-9 unit doors

" I'll get car where are the keys?" Asked Jim while patting his pocket

"Good boy now let's go wait for Jim" I said

" ok boy jump in the back" I said then he jumped and I shut the door

"Good to be home" said Charlie

" wait what's sky's shift again?" Asked Danny

" it's um 9pm-2am" said Johnny

" anyone want a beer?" Asked funny

"Dad?" I said
