When they first see you in the box

Minho: 

At first, Minho was puzzled. His first thoughts when he saw you were literally "what the shuck, a freaking girl?" and he was startled by your mere presence in a Glade filled with boys. It meant that, compared to the boys, you appeared as weak and vulnerable. But as time passed, he managed to change his first impression of you. He realized how wrong he was to think that because you were handling yourself really well. Even better that some boys.

Gally:

 "Why would they send a girl? She can only be a bad omen" Gally thought you meant trouble when he first saw you coming up in the Box. After all, you were the first and only girl when only boys had arrived in that place. That change couldn't mean anything good in his opinion. Still, you did quite the opposite of what he thought. Gally was positive that you would ruin everything, change the way everything was and somehow destroy the order of the Glade. But you were so sweet and kind to everyone that in fact you made it all better.

Thomas: 

"Who is this girl?" Curiosity. Since Thomas is a very curious person, the first things that passed through his mind are questions. One after another. Why are you there, what does it mean that you're there with them. And so, you two talk a lot as Thomas is so intrigued by your existence. What was so special about you that they sent you with a bunch of boys? And in time he indeed saw how truly special you were.

Newt: 

"It's a girl. She looks so scared" Newt was very empathetic and after all he had been in that Box a long time ago too. He knew what it felt to be welcomed by strangers faces when you don't remember anything and all you feel is fear. So he would be the first one to climb in and try to calm you down, tell you everything would be okay. And hopefully help you through the whole assimilation of the situation.
