"Lee, could you bring me a glass of water?" I asked
"What's the magic word?"he asked, examining his bruise in the rear view mirror of my car

He laughed and bent down beside me, "so, what do you people do around here for fun?"
"Depends on what kind of people you're talking about. You see, people like me...we spemd our time thinking of ways to kill the annoying badass boy who lives nextdoor, people like Lee spend their time trying to plot ways to become even more popular than they already are, and lastly...people like you, try to find ways to get me to sleep with you,"I said

I walked upstairs, still aware that Savono was following me
"So, you dont have a boyfriend?"he asked
"Mmm, never had one,"

"You see, Cade thinks he's my boyfriend, so any boy that crosses my border either: gets punched in the face, or gets thrown into a dumpster,"I said, sitting down on my bed

"Better start planning your funeral now buddy...look, im just kidding. I guess boys dont look at me the way the look at other girls,"I said
"But I do,"he said, kneeling down infront of him

I groaned and got up out of bed. I slouched to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror

Looking like a dog used my face as a chew tow, spat it out and crapped on it.
I hate Moday's. Fullstop. If Monday was a person, it would probably look like a cross between Shrek and the real life version of Spongebob
I washed my face and brushed my teeth before hopping into a shower.
It was decided.
Today was the day I was going to wear a skirt. Fir the first time...If i may add
I took out the tiny denim skirt and a...eug...pink sweater. I took out a pair of pink pumps and put on the clothes. I stared at myself in the mirror...you can do this Sapphire, I thought to myself.
I was just about to leave my room when I turned on my heel and yanked the skirt off, maybe a shorts would be much better...I mean, its an improvement huh?
I put on a pair of leather True Religion shorts and loosened my hair from its bun...much better
I hopped downstairs and saw Savono eating breakfast with Lee, my mom was making coffee while my dad read the newspaper. I cleared my throat and everyone looked at me. Savono's eyes shot to my legs, Lee glared at Savono who was looking hungrily at my boobs, dad looked at Lee who was looking at Sovono and mom looked at me, smiling
"Much better,"said mom
"Im gonna go and pick Cade up now,"I said
"Wait! Sav and I are coming with you!"said Lee
"No!" I yelled
"Yes,"said Lee
"No-"
"Sapphire, take your brother and his friend with you,"said mom
"Mom, he has a car!"
"Im out of gas,"said Lee
"Fine, dont sit in the front, its Cade's seat, and fuck up my seats, i'll fuck up your face,"I said
