Like Sheep

51 9 3

Like sheep they follow,
Blindly staring at the leaders back,
Occasionally stabbing-
Just when bored.

Cannot really be stupid,
Whether they act like it or not,
Must be hard to remember-
Just who we like?

Insults flicked off tongue,
Like spitting in disgust,
Though don't care enough to mean it-
Just to flex their power.

Really army generals in pink,
With their gossip grenades and giggled gunfire,
Punching weeping holes in-
Just about anyone.

Greedy talons latch on,
To all the good-looking boys,
Leaving us normal humans-
Just the discards.

Leaves us just two options:
Become one or endure it,
So which did you pick?
