“Mew,”
I was running home in the middle of the night. I snuck out to meet my friends at the park but it started to rain. I had to get home soon.
“Mew,”
I stopped running and looked around. I didn't see anything. I know I should keep on running so I could make it home but my curiosity got the best of me.
I looked to my left and saw an alley.
“Mew,”
I ran into the alley and looked around. I still didn't see anything but I still continued to look. Occasionally I would hear that soft, “Mew,”.
I was about to give up when I saw a small, white-ish ,kitten, shivering due to the cold, rainy, weather.
I wasn't gonna just leave it here to die. That would be cruel.
I slowly approached the small creature, “Here kitty, kitty,” I said making some wierd clicking noise with my tongue, reaching out to touch it.
“Hissss,”
I flinched a bit, but still continued to aproach it. I took off my hoodie and wrapped it around the cat. I picked up the cat and walked out of the alley, walking home.
