Chapter 4

Days past and Luce was still in Russia. I past the time by attending my classes and spent my free time with Trent every once in a while his girlfriend, Dabria, but it was mostly just Trent and I. the days turned into weeks. I had not seen Luce in three weeks; we texted each other and webcamed but it was not the same sent like 5 messages per day since when I texted her she was asleep and when she texted me I was sleep; we found that if she webcamed me around 5 in the morning we had more time to talk since it was like 3 in the afternoon over here. Even though we kept in touch it was not the same. The last message I got from her said she was on her way here but I did not know how long it would take.

"Elora will you be a dear and passed this out?" professor Daddle asked me handing me a pile of papers. I handed everyone a 10 page packet full of math problems. Every night we had these packets for homework and she expected them the next day completed. That was one of the reasons I got into volleyball because here sports are the most important and sports came over school work if you did not do your homework and was in a sport it was forgiven and can be turned in late.

"Oh you are such a dear" Trent teased me when I went to sit back in my seat. I had him for all my periods except 6th I went to tech and he went to art and sometimes we were together in 5th but that depended what our coaches decided.

"Oh shut it" I wrote my name in the top of the paper

"Okay I want this packets first thing tomorrow you may go know" professor Daddle excused us. I put all my belongings in my bag and headed toward the dorms for lunch. I got some salad and three slices of pizza one for me and two for Trent, while he went to get us something to drink.

"I got you some coca-cola" he handed me a cup.

"Thanks here is you pizza" I put the plate in the middle of the table

"Hey guys, how was your day?" Dabria asked as she sat next to Trent

"Hi" I replied and went back to eating my salad

"Good and yours?" Trent replied

"It was magnificent we came up with this new cheer, you'll see it on this coming game" Dabria told us, she was always so hyper

"I'm sure it is good" Trent told her

"Will you go see them play, I might get you in at the bottom bench if you want?" she asked taking some of my salad

"Um no I have a game this Friday too" there were 6 different cheerleader squads. One for every sport, even the swimmers had some cheerleaders.

"Oh I saw their new routine it is good" I had no idea why every sport had to have a cheerleader squad

"I'm sure it is" I had to admit the volleyball cheerleaders were the best they were the most flexible and were the ones the always represented our school

"I missed you" someone hugged me. I turned to see Luce

"Luce" I yelled and hugged her back

"So I know this is a special day I mean I'm back so I brought some champagne so we can celebrate" She pulled a bottle out of her bag

"I missed you" I took the bottle from her and pulled the paper off the top of the bottle

"Actually I don't know if its apple cider or champagne I took it from my grandpa's cabinet" she explained

"Either one is good" Trent told her

"Who is this?" Luce asked looking at Dabria

"I'm Dabria, leader of the football leaders, Trent's girlfriend, and Elora's best friend" oh this was not going to end well
