Chapter 6

"Hey Elora I have not seen you all week" Dabria ran toward me and hugged me. Trent stayed a few feet behind her

"Yea you know me just being around" I told her looking at Trent

"Trent why are you all the way over there come over here?" She waved at him to come

"Actually I'm on a rush I'll talk to you guys later" I told them and headed in the direction they came from

"Okay see you around" Dabria yelled after me. I walked around the school hiding from Trent and Dabria but mostly from Luce. Finally at midnight I went back to the dorm and just as I had planned Luce had fallen asleep.

"Wake up" Luce shook me "come on I want details"

I forgot to wake up early I slept in. I and planned to wake up at 5 change quietly and leave before 5:30. I looked at the clock it read 10:03.

"Shit I'm late I needed to be at practice an hour ago" I yelled getting up and dashing toward the door but not before I got my duffle bag. I had my practice clothes, my uniform, some running shoes, a clean outfit, and some flats. I ran to the restroom and changed into my extra outfit from the duffle bag I put on my flats and shoved the bag with my pajamas into my dorm's dirty clothes basket

"Hey" Travis sat next to me. After I changed in the restroom I headed upstairs to the roof.

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"Um this is MY place where I come when I want to be left alone" he pointed at himself as he emphasized 'my'

"Well too bad it's occupied today" I liked being up here

"Fine but I'm not going down here I came up here for a reason" he made himself comfortable

"Then we will just be left alone together" I pointed out

"Yes" he laid on the floor looking up at the sky

"So why did you come here?" I asked

"Why?" He raised an eyebrow

"Just curious" I shrugged

"You know what they say curiosity killed the cat" he resumed to looking at the sky

"Poor cat thank God I'm a human" I prop myself on my elbow and looked at him waiting for an answer

"True that" he closed his eyes enjoying the breeze

"So?" I asked wanting to know why he was up here

"Trent is being an ass" he opened his eyes and looked at me

"Oh" I looked away toward the ground where people came to and from.

"It's weird I mean before he was cool he never made fun of anything I told him he always encouraged me and now he is just so-" he stopped not finding a suitable word

"An ass" I finished for him

"Yes, like two weeks ago I told him that I liked Luce you he is my best friend; we have being friends since 5th grade when we where in detention; well he just looked at me and said good luck as if someone like her will ever be interested in someone like you" he looked down at the floor and began playing with rocks

"Why will he say sometching like that?" I wondered

"Lets go walk around" he pulled me up. We headed downstairs and walked around the school.

"Help" we heard a voice yell from behind the lockers. Right as we turned the corner we saw a woman in a red trench coat and long wavy hair up to the middle of her back. She wore six inch black heels, she had light ivory skin as far as I could see from her bare legs. Travis wrapped a hand around me and told me to be quite in my ear. Slowly we made our way toward a huge shrub and hid behind it. I moved some branches and peaked at what was going on
