Chapter 2

Beeping noises woke me up. I opened my eyes to a white room. I was in the nurse's office. I had needles in my arms. I saw my parents sitting in a couch looking at me with a sad expression on their face

"Why didn't you eat?" my dad asked

"Did you eat something that was not in the diet?" mom asked

"No" I told her

"Then why did you faint?" mom asked mad. For her messing up my diet was the biggest crime with the biggest punishment ever

"Cause your diet does not have enough calories for her" a voice behind me answered

"Who are you?" my mom asked mad that someone had butted into our conversation

"My name is Trent Silvers I'm her training partner" Trent answered

"That's good for you know why don't you stick to being her training partner and leave me to her nutrition" my mom told him

"I can't cause part of my job as being her partner is to keep her health in balance and you diet does not have enough calories" he told them

"There is nothing wrong with my diets" my mom snapped

"Yes there is, she needs more than what she is consuming right know" Coach Lynch told her

"Who do you think you guys are telling me how to feed my daughter" my mom snapped

"You leave her alone and eat what she wants or I will sue you even if I have to take you to the supreme court" Trent told my mom

"Whatever come on honey let's go" she pulled my dad and left

"Thanks" I told Trent

"Anytime" Trent told me

"What happened, how did I get here?" I asked

"I brought you here you had fainted in the elevator" he told me

"Thanks, where is Luce" I asked him

"She was here but I made her go get something to eat" he told me

"Now if I ever see you eat like you ate before I will never talk to you" he told me

"Fine" I told him

"Come on lets take you to your room, I'm sure you don't want to rest here" He said pulling the covers off and held out his hand

" I sure don't" I took his arm. He pulled me up and we headed back to the room

"You know I know how to walk on my own" I said signaling to his hand around my waist

"Sorry its just that I don't want you to faint or fall" he explained

"Trust me I'm okay" I told him and did a flip

"See" I told hid after my flip

"Okay okay I see, but we should still hurry up and take you to your dorm I need to get to my classes I already missed my first 3 periods" he told me rushing me

"Why did you missed them?" I hoped it wasn't cause of me

"I need to make sure my partner was okay" he explained

"Oh" I blushed but looked down so he would not see me

"There you guys are" I heard Luce called out behind us

"Luce I'm so sorry for what I said" I apologized

"It's okay" she hugged me

"Trent why don't you go back to classes I'll take care of her from here on" Luce offered
