In The Beginning It's Always Good

Everything was different. The way things felt beneath my fingertips. The way music sounded. It was all so different, but it's great. I felt so chilled out, like nothing could bother me. I watched as Jewl stood by her closet.

"Antigone, you're eighteen right?" She asked me. I sat up.

"Well, yeah." My voice was even different. Drug out and low. Like Jewl's.

"Dude, lets go out tonight." She said to us all.

"I don't know if you noticed, but I'm not the going out type. "I said, looking at myself. I was wearing my usual plain shirt and jeans.

"I'll give you a make over." Jewl said to me. I made a face and nodded.

"Alright. Just nothing too extreme." I said a little worried about making a change.

"Don't worry little Ani. You're in good hands." Jewl could definitely make herself look amazing, who knows what she could with me. She gave me a devilish grin.

"Woah, Antigone. You're actually hot." Alex said looking at me. I made a face and turned around to the mirror behind me. My eyes went wide. I looked so different. My eyes, no longer hidden by my glasses were even brighter lined in black. My eyelashes seemed to go on for miles. My face was porcelain. Jewl sat there, playing with a lock of my hair.

"Antigone, do you trust me?" She asked. I raised an eyebrow.

"Somewhat, yes." She gave me a devilish smile.

"Would you let me bleach your hair?" She looked super excited.

"Do you think I'd make a good blonde?"I asked.

"Honestly, I think you'd make a gorgeous blonde." I have her a half smile.

"Alright. I'm trusting you." She clapped her hands excitedly.

"You're going to look great." She looked at me with a big smile. Alex went out of the room as Jewl started running a brush through my hair.

"How would you feel about a new hair style?" She said looking at my reflection.

"Depends on what you have in mind." I said, a little nervous.

"Well, have you seen the half shaved style? Add some layers. You have the hair for it." My eyes were wide.

"I don't know about shaving part of my hair." I ran my hand through a side of my hair. Claire got up and looked at me.

"I think you could pull it off. You have a good face shape to show off. And you could see your eyes better." She started playing with parts of my hair.

"Alright, I've never cut my hair really before. I'm going to trust you. Maybe a change won't be so bad." Heels eyes lit up.

"You'll really let me do it?!" She nearly screamed. I giggled at her.

"Yeah why not. But just a small part." She nodded at me.

"You're going to look awesome." She grinned at me. What was getting myself into?

********************

I looked wide eyed at the girl in the mirror. The perfect shaven side of her hair. The long, blonde rivers of different length hair flowing around her. Jewl was right. I do look good. People were definitely going to notice me now. Why would Danny say about all this? What would my mom say. I looked so different. From my hair to my clothes. The tight black skinny jeans showed the thickness I had in my thighs and butt and the cropped top band tee shirt showed how tiny I was and that I wasn't lacking a chest. I would never recognize myself. I smiled at the reflection.

"I love it." The girls all smiled at me. Jewl rubbed her hands together.

"Well ladies, I say we smoke a couple bowls then head out." We all nodded in agreement. This day was definitely life changing.

This is an authors note. I'm super sorry about taking so long guys. But in good news I finally found someone to play Antigone. I've chosen Sara Fabel, a very beautiful tattoo model who best fits Antigone in my opinion. Well be on the look out for the next chapter and I'm taking suggestions for characters.
