The electric guitar he has on his butt was given to him by a young America while he was asleep. Young America somehow got hold of the thing and started tattooing his butt. He was going to draw more, but England nearly woke up. England later finds the tattoo on his butt, but never knew who did it. He thinks that he asked someone to tattoo it while he was drunk, but never knew that it was actually America. He admits that it looks nice, much to America's joy.
