They're frenemies as they both have the same personality - Fun, happy-go-lucky, which is why they can get along well when they hang out or talk with each other.
However, due to their flaws - both being bossy, demanding and controlling, they fight quite often.
So in short, they're basically friends, and at the same time they're not.
