A little ways away a boy sat nearby under a tree on the smooth grass. He too loved a girl, but she had left this world. She too was an angel, his angel, but she had already gone home. He looked up to the sky with tears in his eyes knowing she was looking back. You always had the stars in your eyes. I miss seeing them they always mesmerized my soul. Let me ask you this he said to the night sky. Tell me if you ever cared, if a single though for me was spared. Tell me when you laid in bed, did you think of something I once said. Tell me if you hurt at all, when someone says my name with yours. It may have been long ago, but I would give the world to know. With these final words a single tear slips from his eyes. I will wait for the day I will see you again my angel, my guardian angel.
