Chapter 2: Nervous

Here is chapter 2 of my fan fiction hope you like it!

(Riker's POV)

OMG! Am I actually going to talk to her! She is so pretty! I hope I don't scare her away! Ok! I'm going to talk to her! "Umm.. Hi! I'm Riker! Nice to meet you! Are you Ida's friend?" I ask her trying not to scare her away.

"Oh! Hi! Yeah I'm Ida's best friend! My name is Marissa! Nice to meet you too." Marissa says looking up at me from her phone.

"So, I have a question?" I ask her.

"Yeah! Ask away." She says facing me.

"Umm... Can you sing?" I ask.

"Umm.. Yeah!" She says hiding her face in her hair.

"Not to be pushy or anything but, do you think you could sing for me!" I ask her scratching the back of my neck.

"Umm.. I don't know what song you want me to sing?" Marissa says blushing.

"How about Do It Again on our new album?" I ask. Dang it! Why did ask her to sing that song! That's the song that I choose for girls to sing if I really like them. Well, I really like Marissa, but I don't want to force her to like me. Ugh! Why does this have to be so complicated!

"Umm... Ok I only know the chorus because we were listening to your CD when we were on our way here to six falgs." Marissa tells me. I smile because it tells me she listens to our music and Ida didn't just make her go with her.

I'll pick you up at eight and we can drive around
Take you to the beach and we can head downtown
But while you hold my hand
Will park and laydown on the hood of my car
Listen to the airplanes as we count the stars

And tomorrow we can do it again.

(Marissa's POV)

I just got done singing the song and when I sing I close my eyes and when I opened them Riker was really close to me. I was kind of wierd out by that so I got up and I ran away from him towards Ida.

"Marissa! Wait!" I heard Riker yell as I ran towards Ida.

"Ida! We need to talk! Is there any private place were we can talk?" I ask Ross as I grabbed Ida's hand pulling her away from Ross.

"Umm... You can go in to the tour bus." Ross says confused.

"Ok! Great! Thx! Let's go Ida!" I say running towards the tour bus hoping Riker doesn't follow. We run into the tour bus and I lock the door behind me.

"Ok! Marissa! What is wrong?" Ida asks me.

"So, I was talking to Riker and he asked me if I could sing a song for him." I tell Ida.

"What song?" She asks.

"Do it again by them." I tell her

"No no no no no no no! Do you know what this means!" Ida asks me worried.

"No! Why?" I ask her.

"This means he really really likes you!" She says with a big smile on her face.

"Omg! Are serious?" I ask.

"Yes! Do you like him?" She asks.

"Yeah, but I just met him, I want to get to know him better." I say to Ida.

BANG BANG BANG

I hear banging at the tour bus door. And its Riker.

"MARISSA! I REALLY NEED TO TALK TO YOU! CAN YOU LET ME IN? PLEEAASSEE!" He yells through the door.

Hey! Omg cliff hanger! Does Marissa let Riker in or does she just try to hide from him forever! Tell me what you think! Love you all!
