Chapter 25: Goodbyes and Tears

(Marissa's POV)

Right now we are about to leave for Cali. I'm excited but I'm also sad that I'm leaving my family. I just finished packing up. And rolled my suitcase put into the kitchen. I looked at my mom, dad, sister, and dog. My mom was crying, and my sister was comforting her. I ran over to my mom and hugged her tight I told her that I loved her. I walked over to my sister I told her I loved her and kissed her cheek. I walked over to my dad and the tears came streaming out of my eyes."Daddy! I'm going to miss you soooooo much!" I say as I'm crying. I wrap my arms around my dad, not wanting to let go but I know I will have to soon. I hear a car horn beeping and then a knock at the door. My sister opens it revealing Riker in the doorway. He walks closer to me and I let go of my dad and tightly wrap my arms around Riker.

"Riker?" My dad speaks up.

"Yes, Mr.Harding?" Riker answers letting go of me.

"I want you take good care of my baby girl. And if I find out you broke her heart, I will never trust you ever again. And I will find you and I will break you." My dad warns Riker.

"Dad!" I yell at my dad with a frown and I pull Riker closer to me.

"Its ok sweetheart. I understand him. But how could I break your heart when you are the most kindest, warmhearted, nicest, funniest, and most absolutely gorgeous girl I had ever met ever. Who could break a girls heart with those qualities in her? I wouldn't dare break your heart." Riker says kissing me on the cheek. I picked up cubby and hugged him tight.

"I wove you cubby." I say before putting him down. I grabbed my bags and grabbed my phone and ear buds. Riker took my hand in his and intertwined our fingers.

"We have to wait for my mom to come back. She went and dropped off Rocky at Kayle's house and she dropped off Ross at Ida's house." Riker said as we walked out the front door. After like 6 minutes. Stormie (Riker's mom) and Mark (Riker's dad) came back to pick us up. We sat in the way back of the car. And Rydel and Ellington were in the middle.

(Kayle's POV)

I was saying goodbye to my family when I heard a knock at the door. I went to open it with tears still in my eyes. It was Rocky. I saw his face turn from happy to a concerned face. He wrapped his arms around me tight and told me everything will be ok.

"Excuse me?" My dad said.

"Yes sir?" Rocky asked.

"Please take care of her. And if you break her heart. I will hunt you down and I will hurt you more then her broken heart tears will hurt you." My dad threatens.

"Dad!" I yell.

"No, its ok baby. I understand how could I break a heart of absolutely stunning girl like you." Rocky says kissing my cheek.

"Well we better be going." U say grabbing all my things. I say one last goodbye to my family then I grab Rocky's hand and intertwine our fingers. After about 2 minutes Stormie and Mark were there to pick us up. I was sitting in the middle seat were it was Rocky who was closer to the door, I was next to rocky in the middle, Rydel next to me, and Ellington in the window seat.

(Ida's POV)

I was in my room with Ross and I was grabbing a few more things before I grabbed my bags, phone, ear buds, and tablet. I put them in my carry-on bag and Ross took my hand in his and intertwined our fingers. We walked out the front door and my whole family was there. My Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Martha, Brother Eddie, Brother Michael, Aunt Krista, Uncle Kris, Cousin Jade, Cousin Ethan, Cousin Benny, Aunt Hollie, Uncle DJ, Cousin DJ, Cousin Matt, and Cousin. Allison. They all grouped hugged me. I hugged all my Cousins next. I hugged all my Aunt's and Uncle's after that. Then I hugged my grandparents. This is when I began to cry a lot. I got to my brothers and began to cry even more.

"Yo! Ross?" My brother Michael yell to Ross.

"Yes?" Ross asked stepping toward my brothers.

"Take care of are little sis. If we find out you broke her heart. We will break you." My brother Michael threatened.

"Michael!" I yelled pulling Ross back a little.

"No its ok cupcake. How could I break a heart of a absolutely gorgeous Angel like you?" He says. Kissing my cheek. I heard everyone say 'awwww'. I walked up to my parents and the tears just started poring out of my eyes. I wrapped my arms around them and told them I loved them. All of a sudden I felt something soft brush up against my leg. I looked down to see my dog Scooter. I picked him up and hugged him tightly.

"I wove you scooter." I said then put him down. We saw Stormie and Mark driving down the street. When they opened the rental van doors there were only two seats left. They were in the way back. I sat next to Marissa. So marissa and I were in the middle. The oder went:

(Way back seats)

Ross: Window seat.next to me
Me: middle. In between Ross and Marissa
Marissa: middle. In between me and Riker
Riker: other window seat. Next to Marissa

(Middle row seats)

Rocky: Closest to the door. Next to Kayle
Kayle: middle. In between Rocky and Rydel
Rydel: middle. In between Kayle and Ellington
Ellington: Window seat. Next to Rydel

"Mom?" Riker said breaking the silence in the car.

"Yes sweety?" She answered.

"How long till we get to the air port?" Riker asked.

"About 2 hours sweety." She answered. "In fact, all of you should take a nap on the way." She says.

"Ok." We all say. I put my head down on Ross's shoulder and he put his head down on the window. Marissa put her head down on my shoulder and Riker put his head on Marissa's shoulder.

(Kayle's POV)

Rocky put his head on my shoulder and I put my head down on Rydel's shoulder. Rydel put her head on Ellington's shoulder and he put his head on the window. We all fell asleep in the mater of minutes.

Hey I hope you liked this chapter. Sorry I took so long I was typing and then I got out of the app and went to text my friend and when I went back to it I guess wattpad crashed and it only left me with a paragraph of my chapter so I had to rewrite it. I love you my cupcakes. Pls comment and vote.
