Chapter 18: Nightmare

(Ida's POV)

"Well-" I start to tell Ross but I break down in tears. I feel two giant arms wrap around me.

"Shh shh shh! Its ok I'm here! You don't have to tell me!" Ross tells me. He picks me up bridal style and put me on the other side of the bed and then lays down next to me. "How about we watch a movie?" He ask taking the remote out of my hand.

"White Chic's!" I scream.

"Ok! White Chics it is." He says.

"Wait no! My Big Fat Greek Wedding." I tell him. He puts it on and we watch it. It was already halfway through the movie and I could feel tiredness taking over me. Ross fell asleep 5 minutes into the movie. So I fell asleep next to him. I felt him cuddle up to me so i did the same thing. I started to see my dream so I knew I was almost in a deep sleep. All of a sudden it went dark and I saw a door. It looked like a classroom door. I walked in and saw all the kids who made fun of me. They all looked at me with creepy looks.

"Oh look who it is, its little miss fatty!" I here someone say behind me. It was this kids named Cj Lloyd who I dispied very much. He push me down and started to hit me. Then another person came in. It was Thomas Vacolo. My elementary school bully. He came and whispered in my ear.

"Dora, Dora, go find boots." Then he started hitting me. All of a sudden I hear another voice and then I see Cj being thrown up into the air into a wall. Then I see Thomas being taken down by a blond hair guy. WAIT! THATS ROSS! I could barely even move so I just cried out his name and his head turned towards me. He looked like a mad man. But then his eyes became soft and his smile went to a frown. Then he dropped onto the floor. I guess I got my strength back because I ran to Ross's side and when I looked at my hand it had blood all over it. I just cried.

"Ross! No! Don't leave me! Ross! Baby! Why would they do that! I'm going to kill them! Baby you have to wake up! Come on! Ross! Noooooooooooo!" I woke up to Ross looking at me in concern. I wrapped my arms around him and just cried.

"Hey! Shhh! Shhh! Shhh! Its ok. I'm here. It was just a bad dream. No one is going to hurt me or you. Ok." He says rubbing circles on my back. I slowly drift off to sleep more closer to Ross making sure he doesn't leave me.
