hey there delilah,

ha so i get to tease you with that again. i heard it earlier this morning so im totally going to remind you about it at school tomorrow.

church. ugh-ain. right? its again but with "ugh" because its so boring? see my awesome making-up-word-ness? yeah oh well whatev. soooooooo anyhow um the priest did a really interesting thing toady about the difference between hard work and luck. and so that made me think... i really hate thinking about church so much.

well now i go to maggie on sundays after church or saturday. whichever i feel like. her office is between church and my house so its pretty convinient. maggie was telling me how i should write the date on these things, so she can see when i wrote them. oh yeah. she reads them. hi maggie. you'll see this in 2 weeks!

well today with her i talked about church and i finally understood parabolas! I'm going to finally get my grade up to a B!! or a C+... doubt it. but at least i can partially understand what ms. hawkins says.

oooooh!! the play auditions were this week! omg i was so happy we were doing "Peter Pan". I auditioned for peter pan, obviously, and john, cuz he's like the smart nerd. i didn't see you at the auditions though... but harry was there, and he tried out for peter pan and captain hook. he ll be a great captain hook I'm sure because i totally kicked his ass in the peter pan auditions. I'm assuming that you just tried out for the female parts, because weren't those auditions an hour later? i bet you tried out for wendy, or tiger lily didnt you. it'll be cool if i got peter pan and you got wendy. we would be the leads!!

bio was cool. i finally talked to meghan!

okay so my stomach was all fluttery when i came up to her. but then i was like "oh hey meghan" and she's like "whats up jade?" so i start talking about bio and we get into the fact that next week well be dissecting starfish. and she was like "it would be super cool if we were partners or something" and i was like "yeah that would be fun" and then i awkwardly go back to my seat. and do an internal happy dance. so that was super exciting. umm...... right. I'm really worried about what mom and dad will think about this. maybe I'm bi? I've never liked anyone before and i really don't know if i like meghan. is there any way to know if you are a lesbian or something? and then maybe eat some sort of food to fix it? so that you are straight? shit. if I am a lesbian i don't know what i'd do. id be disowned from the fucking family!! id live on the streets! and your parents wouldn't let me in cuz they are just as religious as mine!

okay whatever ill wake up soon and this won't be real. it'll be a dream. my name will be alexis and ill live in london and my family will be nice and ill have a little brother who is 5. and ill be like 8 or something. lets hope my fantasies come true.

ps i looked up lol and i found this website. did you know lol meant lots of love in the 1900s? or the 2000s? or idk how you say it but it would be like any time between 1900 and 1999.

Dear Jade,

So Marie came back really early today from a party. I could only hear the guy's voice down there calling bye to her. It woke me up since she isn't that graceful. I didn't want to make it known that I was up though. I really wanted sleep for auditions.

Anywho, this morning I was a wreck. I was practicing "On My Own" from Les Mis (Eponine is a role I would love to play). Marie woke up late for school and in a grumpy mood. She ate for sooooooo long (I still don't know how she isn't fat when she eats so much) and complained about my singing. Which I replied singing her "fav" (note the sarcasm) song from Frozen "Let It Go" at the top of my lungs. She got super mad at my but it was so worth it.

When I got to school I saw posters for the play all over the place. I still couldn't believe the email we got last night saying that the play was "Peter Pan"! WE WOULD BE THE PERFECT WENDY AND PETER DUO!!!! Anyways, all these posters were making me super nervous and every time I sang "On My Own" in my head I WOULD FORGET WORDS. I've never been this nervous. In Middle School and Elementary school the plays were made up and I auditioning wasn't a big deal but this was. I heard the director was very strict and scary.

I had butterflies ALL day. I kept praying that we both nailed our auditions.

The auditions arrived too soon. I guess you already went because I didn't see you there WHICH MADE ME EVEN MORE SCARED!!!!

Anyways, I stepped up and said I would be auditioning for Wendy and Tiger Lily. While I was singing my song, I was looking at Harry. Just to find a face I knew in the crowd. He seemed to be enjoying the song, even though he was on his phone, but he was smiling!

After the auditions I took my seat next to Harry who was still on his phone. I asked him who it was and he said his mom was asking him so man questions about auditions. I'd say your mom and his wins for most over protective.

I had to go to the bathroom right when Harry was going. I felt bad but snuck out of there. When I got back Harry told me you just went and left. I was so disappointed I didn't see you, but you probably rocked it.

Harry seemed super confident that he did good. I was super nervous for the cast list. They said it would be out either tomorrow or later which probably meant in like 4789749817498 years to me.

Harry volunteered to walk me out. As we were walking he looked at me and said

"So you know how I have bio with Jade? Yeah well, she kinda keeps making goo-goo eyes at Meghan. I really think she's a lesbian. You should stay away from her. She might kiss you!"

I looked at him with utter shock. How could he say that?!?!? Especially knowing that your family is against all that! It's just so uncalled for. Gave him an evil glare and rode alone on the bus home. I guess now we're not talking now that he said that!
