Ch. 10: What Happens in Vegas

As if there weren't enough places to have a bachelorette party in NYC, my lovely Maid of Honor decided that we should fly out to Las Vegas for my bachelorette party. While it is my dream place to have my bachelorette party, I didn't exactly realize that we would be having all the wedding events so close to the actual wedding. So flying to Vegas five days before my wedding makes me nervous and isn't exactly ideal, but hey I'll get over it!

We drove the the airport in NYC where Claire had a private jet ready for us to fly to Vegas. We're only staying for one night because we have to be back to start our "Wedding Week Whirlwind" as Claire & Anthony are calling it. The city is starting to get absolutely crazy! As if it wasn't crazy enough.

Our plane is leaving, well pretty much whenever we get there, but Claire wanted us to get an early start so we can have the whole day ahead of us. Last night we all stayed at her condo because we were leaving at 6 so she wanted to make sure everyone got a good nights sleep.

When we got to the airport things were crazy, paparazzi were everywhere bugging us with all sorts of questions, like if I was leaving and if the wedding was canceled. Then inside there were some fans and plenty of reporters eager to get there shot of us. Add all that onto the already hectic airport and you got yourself a whole lotta chaos.

We got inside and then went immediately to our plane and when we were all on and situated I decided to check Twitter. Already there was so many pictures of me and my bridesmaids at the airport and SO many rumours about the wedding being cancelled. I guess those will be cleared up tonight when they see the pictures of us running arounf Vegas with all our bachelorette stuff. I laugh at the thought of it, I don't even wanna know what all Claire and Anthony got for this party and what they have planned. Suddenly I'm very nervous.

Everyone was talking about how hectic it was and how excited they were for tonight. I brought Claire, Marie, Eleanor, Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jesy, Jade, Denise, Lou Teasdale, and my cousin Madeline, whose also a bridesmaid but was late getting here and the earliest she could fly out was yesterday because of work, so she missed a lot of fittings and stuff.

"Can I have everyone's attention  please! I would like to make a toast!" Claire said cheerfully. "Don't you think its a little early to be drinking? Its 7 in the morning!?" Marie laughed as she questioned Claire. "Hahaha its just orange juice!" Claire laughed before she began her toast. "Tonight is the night, we have our one last hoorah with Emily ANDREWS, emphasis on the Andrews because in four days, she will no longer be Emily Andrews. Our Emily will be a married woman! So here's to an amazing night! Cheers ladies!" Claire toasted. A chorus of woo-hoos, yeahs, and we love you emilys broke out into our own little plane. I can't wait for tonight!

|| Six Hours Later ||

"Vegas baby!" Perrie screamed when we landed in Vegas. It was noon when we landed and Claire had our whole day planned, and if she planned it, it will be nothing less than perfection.

We arrived at our goreous hotel at around one o'clock and then we all got settled in. She reserved the penthouse suite. Let me just say.
It was huge!
I mean seriously like its bigger than the size me and Nialls home is gonna be. She did it because she thought it would be better if we all shared one so we could have a set up like a sleepover. But this thing is so big that the place has 3 bedrooms in it. You can see the gorgeous city skyline.

"Anybody want to go to the pool?" I asked. Everyone said yes so we all started getting ready to go. "I'm starving! Is there a snackbar at the pool?" Jade asked. "Yeah! And its a good thing!" Claire said. "By the way you guys we have dinner reservations at 7 o'clock when we will begin the festivities!" Claire said. "Sounds good!" said Lou. "Can't wait!" Leigh-Anne added.

The pool was really pretty! It was kinda crowded but it wasn't that big of a deal. Only a few fans asked me for pictures but Little Mix and Claire were the ones who were getting asked the most, but they didn't mind. There really weren't even that many.

"So how ya feeling?" Lou asked me. We were both sharing a big blue chair, the hotel had those big mats that kinda look like beds that we were all lounging on. "Great! I'm super excited! I just can't believe the day is almost here! I mean it's like, you know the day is coming, but waiting for it feels so long that you just kinda get used to it and it feels like the day is never really gonna happen. If that makes any sense at all whatsoever!" I laughed. "I totally know what you mean," Lou said "when I was pregnant with Lux she was so overdue that it honestly felt like I had just come to terms with the fact that it just wasn't gonna happen! Haha I know exactly what you mean!" Lou chuckled. "Do you think Niall is excited?" I questioned her, " I mean I know he wants to marry me, I just feel like its hard to tell if he's excited or not." I said somewhat embarrassed that I even asked the question. "Are you kidding? Niall has been talking to me about marrying you since the day you guys first met. I remember the day after you met he came to work with the biggest smile on his face and said 'I met the most amazing woman in the world last night.'" says Lou. "Listen to me Emily, don't you dare ever doubt his feelings for you! Understand?" she reprimanded. "Yes ma'am!" I joked saluting her like a soldier.

We're all getting ready to start the evening!
I'm in the dress that I picked out today when we all went shopping after tanning by the pool. I'm glad we did that because thankfully none of us burned and now nobody will be washed out in the wedding pictures.
Agh! I can't believe it's almost here!!!!!!

"Has anybody seen my eyeliner!?" Perrie asked. "It should be in you're makeup bag." Jade said. Everyone was trying to look our best because now that the whole world knows that we're here for my bachelorette party and not because the wedding is called off, paparazzi have been swarming the hotel all day. They wouldn't leave us alone while shopping either. Pictures are being taken of us all the time and we want to look good. Anthony hired a personal photographer to follow us around on wedding week. They aren't around all the time, just a little bit. This way we wont just having wedding pictures we'll have pictures from the whole week. They figured it out because all the fans saw Lou's snapchat story and then everyone else saw the picture Claire tweeted of us on the plane on the way here. Captioned:

Someone knocked on the door. "I'll get it!" yelled Claire. "Hello Ms. Smith, you're car is waiting outside." said the hotel man. "Thank you! Tell him we'll be down soon!" Claire politely replied.

I look down at my phone to see my soon-to-be-husbands name light up on my phone. I smiled widely. "Niall calling?" Madeline smirked. I laughed and jokingly rolled my eyes and walked into the next room the kitchen.

"Hellooo?"  I laughed
"Hey babe! Hows it going?" Niall said
"Great! Claire, of course, booked us in the most gorgeous hotel in an even more gorgeous room!"
"Awesome! What'd you guys do today!"
"Well we flew in and checked into our hotel. Then after we settled in we went down to the pool and tanned and chilled out, and now we're getting ready for dinner!"
"That's great babe? Can you believe we're getting married in four days?!"
"Honestly? No haha. It still feels like we have another year!
"Well like you said, only four more days! Haha, anyway I gotta get back to work me and the lads are finishing up some stuff with Julian, I just wanted to call and check in on you."
"What? You're working on wedding week?! I thought you got everything done before Greece?"
"Yeah well I got most of it done, and that was just some of the vocals. I got everything that was needed to get done at the time. New stuff babe! Anyway I really gotta go! Bye babe love you!"
"Love you too! Bye!"

"Who was that?" Marie asked
"Who do you think? Haha."
"Well c'mon we gotta go the limos waiting outside!"
"Coming!"

We ended up having a delicious dinner and a fabulous night! We went clubbing and then headed back to the hotel for a big sleepover! I cant wait for the rest of the week!
