Chapter 18

First shout out to #Adri and # siera for liking the story and second is an apology for not updating the story for a while. So for a rain check Alex just asked Sophia to go to Paris with him and he said yes.

Ahhhh! I can't believe I am going to France. It's going to be amazing. I am so happy and nervous. I grabbed my luggage and my grandmother takes me to the airport. Before I head in she says

" My darling you have grown up so fast. Here is the debit card. The pin is 6598. There is $1000 from the saving account that I made for you since the accident. Have fun and be responsible young lady."

I replied

"Thank you so much."

Then I held my head high and walked into the airport to see Alex waiting for me by the frozen yogurt place. I touched him on the shoulder and he was startled. I laughed and said

"Excuse me but are you taken?"

Then I gave him a tight hug.

" Yes Sweet heart, I am taken by the love of my life."

I leaned in to kiss him but he immediately pulled back. I got nervous and began to panic and began to think of a million reasons as to why he just did that. I didn't know what to think at all. I feel a blush come on my face from the embarrassment. Then Alex grabs me from the waist and says

" You know you make all the moves and I never get a chance."

"My bad, it's not my fault I love you so much now is it?"

" No my love.... it isn't"

Then he leaned in to kiss me but to get back at him I pulled back. He had a surprising look on his face and I say

" I am just kidding."

Then he kissed me. Then we headed to gate 113.

"So we are going to be on a plane for 15 hours. How great." I said sarcastically

"Soph I thought you liked my company, I see how it is."

"Babe you know what I meant."

It was 8 PM and Alex has already fallen asleep while he held onto me. I stayed awake and looked at the view while we were in the sky and I thought about things I could have done differently in my life. By the time I looked back at the time it was 2 AM. Then Alex turns to me and whispers in my hair

" You have always had a bad sleeping habit, try to get some sleep before we land babe."

So I guess I fell asleep and Alex woke me up and said

"Good morning beautiful, we are going to be landing in 20 minutes."

We got off of the plane and we were greeted by Alex's mom. She has long black hair straight hair. She had brown eyes. She was so gorgeous.

" Hi I am Sophia, it is nice to meet you."

I extended my hand to shake her hand but she gave me a hug and kissed both of my cheeks. Then Alex came behind me and wrapped his arms around me and said

" Ok mom lets get going."

We walked up to a normal house. It was beautiful. Immediately a scent of coffee filled the air. I gasp at the delicious scent and Alex began to laugh. Then he grabbed my hand and led me to my guest room. It was purple and and it had butterflies . It was as if the room was made for me. I turned to Alex and say

"It's perfect"

"Good because I designed it for you when you admitted to me that you had feelings for me. Now get some rest."

Then he kissed me on my cheek and went to his room.
