Chapter 20

Sophia Pov

I wake up and realize that I'm not in my own bed. I feel Alex's hands wrapped around me in a protective way. I turn around and start tracing the outline of his lips. Damn I never knew how sexy his morning hair looked. I get up and take a shower and then there's a knock on the door.

"Hey babe you want breakfast?"

It was Alex. I know he was taking me out later but he was so secretive about it so I didn't want to eat and get fat looking. Before I can answer he says

"Never mind I know your hungry, you look fine and smell great babe hurry up so I can see your beautiful face"

I reply with

"Give me 5 minutes"

What i really meant was 20. I had to shave and wash my hair. As I get out the shower I smell something so delicious. I dry off put lotion and spray. Beautiful day from bath And body works. It smells good but not to strong. Then I put gel in my hair so I can have my curls looking on point.

All of a sudden I hear the song "say hey" I forgot who sings it but the memories flow. Alex came from behind me and started dancing with me all crazy.

"Alex!"

I screamed and laughed he was terrible at dancing.

"Hey beautiful, breakfast is served"

It smelled so delicious. Not quite sure what it was. It was eggs with bell pepper maybe. Some Italian sausage and cheese. Not sure how to explain it.

"I didn't know you can cook better then me babe" I said

I wanted more. I looked down at Mt shirt and there was a little bump. I hate when I wat that happens. When I looked at My stomach Alex got nervous.

"Baby, I don't mind because if you were I would still be here but um... Are you pregnant?"

I stood there looking serious. I said

"Im so sorry baby. I didn't know.... That you wanted a kid."

I burst out laughing. The look on Alex's face was priceless. I could hardly breathe. He replied

" You got jokes, ok we will see who laughing later."

That made me kind of scared because he was taking me out. For all I know he could leave me stranded in the middle of Paris.

"Come on babe" Alex says

"Where are we going?"

"Don't worry about it" he said

Alex Pov

I'm getting so nervous. She looks beautiful. She has on this make up on that I hate so much because she covers hee face. She doesn't need any. I feel like wiping it off with my hands. Shes wearing these skinny jeans that shows her curves so nicely. A white blouse I bought her with a long silver necklace. Her hair was hanging loose. I take her to this restaurant where they serve only desserts. She has such a sweet tooth I don't know how she can bare it all. Maybe it's an American thing.

Sophia Pov

Alex brought us to a restaurant. As I was looking at the menu I saw that there was no food. Only desserts. I became afraid because everything looked amazing.

"Babe pick whatever you want, I brought u here for a reason. I knew you would like it. Where do you want to start."? Alex says

"I hate you"

"I love you to Sophia"

He had a serious face. It worried me. He's been acting so weird. I hope he doesn't leave me because that would have been a waste of time. My time that I spent with the love of my life.

" I love you more Alex."

"Impossible babe, what are you ordering?"

To be honest I disnt know what I wanted. So I said

" I'm sure, surprise me."

He smirked and I felt something was coming up. He always likes playing tricks on me. It's like scaring me amuses him. He ordered the food in French and the waitress came back with a cup of coffee to begin with. It was a latte and it had a heart in the middle.

"It tastes a bit stronger then usual babe maybe she got it wrong."

"No. She didn't"

He smirked. Then his smile grew into a laugh.

"Alex.. what did you do?"

"Nothing,i may have asked her to put a shot of Expresso. Maybe I'm not saying anything."

"Whatever" I said smirking

The waitress came with 3 crapes. They were apple, guava, and blueberry. I tasted them. They were so delicious. The guava was my least favorite. It was warm and the only time I eat guava was if it's cold.

"I actually like the guava for your information." Alex said

"What? In Florida I was with my uncle and hes from Columbia, he.gabe me this treat that was guava and it was so delicious because it's cold."

"Mmm you want more or you finished?"

"I think I'm done babe."

Alex Pov

It's 2pm. Time really flies. The nervousness is rising as I'm asking her to marry me. I take Sophia to a park where the little ones play. She loves kids so much I think she will be a great Mother. We stayed at the park for an hour and then we headed back home. I want this night to be perfect. I bought Sophia this red silk dress. No straps. A diamond belt in the middle. The dress above is shaped in a Sweetheart. The bottom is long but there's a slit. It hugs her pretty well. She thinks shes Fat but she's no where near close. I have my black suit with a red tie. I have a dinner set on the Eiffel tower. The tower glows in the night so it will work out beautifully. The worse thing that can happen is rain.

Sophia Pov

The dress Alex got me is so beautiful. I get ready and i finished quickly. Which scared me because it takes hours. I put red lipstick to complement the dress. I step into my heels and I walk out the door. Alex was right there waiting for me. He was so surprised to see me.

"You... Look.."

He was so surprised he started to tear up.

"You look beautiful babe"

I wanted to tease him so I said

"Where those tears I saw?"I giggled

"No,your too sexy to be going out there. Today's our special night so I'll make an exception."

Then he walked me out the door.
