Every AP biology lesson you had with Theo resulted in him asking you out and you declining. But after he saved your life from the dread doctors, you said you go on a date to 'repay' him. Which was his idea of course.
You felt excited and nervous at the same time. You didn't even know what to wear, so you decided to play it safe and go casual. You wore a black skater skirt, and a nirvana crop top accompanied by a black cardigan. When Theo gave you the address of where you had to go, you were rather confused. It was in the middle of no where. But your breath soon hitched in your throat as you parked your car in front of the small log cabin. It was well hidden, surrounded by tree's and a large lake, but the lights lit up the cabin nicely. You got out of your car and looked at Theo waiting for you by the small wooden bridge that hovered over the lake. He was dressed casually too. You smiled as you made your way over to him, your footsteps being the only audible sound other than the insects hiding in the bushes.
"Theo, this is-" you cut yourself off as you stopped in front of him. You never expected him to make so much effort. "This is beautiful."
"Welcome to my get away, y/n." He smiled as he looked you up and down. "You look amazing,"
"Sorry, it looks like I haven't made an effort," you answered, not being able to take his compliment. He laughed.
"No, it looks like you're comfortable. Come on," Theo grabbed your hand and lead you over to the side of the log cabin where a table and chairs were waiting for you. You blushed as you noticed the candles and the blanket on the wooden path. There was a picnic basket there too.
"Guess what's in the basket? It's your favourite." He informed you as he sat down on the blanket. He pulled you down beside him and you shrugged.
"Pizza?" You asked and Theo rolled his eyes.
"Duh, but what kind of pizza?" He asked you.
"Meat feast?" You asked, he smiled and nodded. "How the hell do you know that's my favourite?"
"Lydia.." He laughed.
The rest of the night went well, he made you laugh like crazy, you both set off some Chinese lanterns and you made short work of the pizza. When you checked the time you saw it was almost 2am. You didn't know you were talking for that long.
"Oh my god, I'm like 2 hours late, my dad wanted me in at 12." You gushed, knowing you were going to get a stern telling off when you got home.
"You're out this late, you might as well stay out later. Besides, i'm not letting you drive home this late, you might fall asleep or something." He said making you furrow your eyebrows.
"But I'm not even tired." You replied making him smile cheekily.
"Exactly, y/n. You can stay here, I'll take the sofa, you take the bed." He suggested. You bit your lip as you nodded.
"Alright Theo, I'll stay here with you tonight." You smiled widely at the insanely hot boy.
You both laid next to each other, so close you could feel his body heat. You looked up at the stars. You couldn't help but shiver as the wind picked up.
"You're cold.. Here, take this." Theo pulled off his jacket and laid it over your body.
"Thank you," you whispered.
"For what?" He asked as he laid back down. You rolled over slightly so your body was leaning on his. You rested your head on his chest and he wrapped his arm around you. You instantly warmed up.
"For saving me. I don't think I would have ever said yes to going on a date it you. But I'm so glad I did." You admitted.
"So am I." He answered.
