Charlie's P.O.V
In Australia, we like to go outside to watch the fireworks. So most of the street is on their front lawns.
Jason's family invite My family over to watch them together with us.
"....., three, two, one, happy new year everyone!" I hear and then see couples kiss.
"What is the point of a New Year's kiss?" I ask myself.
Then suddenly my face gets softly pulled to look at Jason. Our lips meet making fireworks, oh wait, never mind there are real fireworks around us.
We part and he states. "To show that their love is still strong in the new year."

Very late New Year's chapter.
I'm still not sure if I should make this part of the actual story, probably not. I don't know what this is but I feel like it needs to be fixed.
So I'm looking for one: someone to actually read this. 😢 And two: someone to edit this.
