Peter's P. O. V.
"Henry, can I talk to you?" I asked as I got back to camp. Megan went up to the treehouse a while ago and I made up an excuse to leave.
"Uh-yeah. Sure Pan." He said and I lead him into the forest.
"Magic is running out Henry. And only the heart of the truest believer can save it." I told him as I lead him to the beach. "Your the lucky holder of that heart Henry. Only you can save magic. And think, you will be a hero." I said and let my words sink in.
"A hero?" I heard him ask as we got to the lagoon. I waved my hand and made a boat appear.
"Yes. A hero." I said and turned to face Henry.
"Okay. I'll help." He said and nodded at me. I smiled and got into the boat with Henry copying my actions.
When we got to Skull Rock I got out and started to climb the stairs to the room with my hourglass. The sand in the hourglass shows how much life I have left. It's been draining ever since Neverland was made, just very slowly. Over time it's gotten faster and now there's only a little left. Once I die Neverland dies with me.
When we got to the room I watched Henry's face turn into a look of curiosity. I started making up a speech, how he will save all magic, how he will be remembered as a hero forever, how he will change the world, blah blah blah. I could tell by his face he was actually believing me. Well, it's his funeral. I almost laughed at my joke but stopped myself when I felt a presence on Skull Rock.
I quickly put up a magical field that would keep everyone out without a shadow, besides Henry and Megan of course. When my speech was coming to an end when the Dark One appeared from the stairway.
"Hello Papa." He said. Henry was looking back and forth between us, obviously confused. I couldn't blame him, I would be confused too.
"Rumple." I said. "I see you abandoned your son...what was his name?" I put a finger on my chin. "Oh right, Bae." I smirked at him.
"Don't you call him that." He snapped.
"Does he know that your a coward? You couldn't even give up magic to stay with your son."
"You did the same thing."
"We are more alike than you think."
"Well, I would love to continue to catch up and all but I didn't come for that." He said.
"Yes I know you came for the boy."
He pulled out a box and I stared at it. "Remember this?"
I looked at the Pandora's box he held in his hand. It has the power to capture any magical being. He waved his hand over the box with a smile on his face. When nothing happened it quickly fell.
"Oh, looking for this?" I said and pulled out the real Pandora's Box. "It was easy to get it from you you know. It seems you forgot that on Neverland, you think of something you want and you get it. Such a shame, really. But if your in here-" I pointed at the box "-that means you can't leave me and we can be a family again." I said and opened the box. It pulled Rumple into it and closed, locking shut.
I turned back to Henry and smiled. Back to business. I thought.
"Henry, I need your heart to save magic. Then you will be a hero."
He smiled and reached his hand into his chest, pulling out his heart. It was gold, pure red with no blackness in sight. He reached his hand out to me and right before I could take the heart the intruders that have been bothering me since they first arrived came from the same path as Rumple.
"Henry! Don't do it! Pan just wants to use your heart!" The evil queen, Regina, said. They all tried to convince him to change his mind but he interrupted them.
You see, I need the heart of the truest believer so I can be immortal and have all the magic I could ever dream of. The process will kill Henry but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
"But mom, I have to save magic." Henry said and pushed his heart into my chest.
Instantly the hour glass filled to the top and slowed down the flow of the now bright, gold tinted sand. Henry fell to the ground, not moving but I wasn't paying much attention. I was hovering a couple feet off the ground and every one else was focused on the boy.
I know it will kill Megan when I tell her, eventually, but she will learn to forget. Especially since we will now be living on Neverland for a long, long time.
Speaking of her, I should probably get going. I take one last look at the group trying to wake the unconscious boy and I laughed evilly.
"Leave. And never come back. Before I have to make you." I said and teleported myself right outside of camp.
I calmed myself down and tried to look as normal as possible. Once I did I walked into camp to find Felix over by the fire. I walked over to him and he asked "is it done?"
"Yes." I said and walked over to my tree house.
I climbed up the ladder and opened the door, making sure to lock it. I put up a protection spell, only Megan and I can come in and only I can go out and the best part, no one can break it. I took out the box again and made it disappear. It was now safely hidden, no one could find it in a million years.
"Peter?" I heard an angelic voice call from upstairs. I smirked and teleported up into the master bedroom.
