"The Japanese are not lazy people, but they like to drop personal pronouns such as 'I', 'you', and 'he'. The use of the second person pronoun anata, 'you' is almost forbidden in conversations." -Samuel E. Martin and Eriko Sato in Basic Japanese pg. 7

For example, if you ask 'Is it yours?' when speaking to Ms. Shimiro (Me) you will need to say, Sore wa Shimiro-san no desu ka, 'Ms. Shimiro, is it Ms. Shimiro's?'

Bonus! (Because it's a short chapter!):

Sushi in fried tofu- Inarizushi (ee-nah-ree-zoo-she)
いなりずし

Inarizushi is a type of sushi which consists of sushi rice stuffed into a pouch of fried tofu (abura age あぶら あげ). It's name comes from the Shinto god Inari, who is said to like fried tofu.

That's kind of it for now! Sorry this chapter is short and sorry I skipped Wednesday's update! *gets killed by readers* Anyway I hope this helped at least a little! Make sure to practice! The next chapter is sort of lazy because its just telling you how to say a couple of animal names and how to say things in the landscape and then other stuff! (OMG sooooo many run on sentences!!!!) Bye Bye! -Avaron
