(A/N) Finally updating, I know. Woop Woop! New chapter!

Also I wanted to add that picture because damn. Also "disco glam phase".

Patrick's P.O.V.

It's been years since that 'escape'. And to be honest, I was scared out of my mind to come back the next day. We didn't get in trouble though, since our principal was arrested for spraining my wrist, which healed up quite nicely.

Did I mention that I'm still with everyone, even after we graduated we decided to keep in touch, which is pretty cool since we're all in bands now. Pete and I share an apartment in Chicago, and yes, I know that Chicago is so two years ago, don't judge. But it's quite cozy if I do say so myself, mostly because I'm the one who cleans and decorates.

I'm 22 now, and I've already been through my disco glam phase, which I thought was pretty cool, but Pete didn't. Speaking of, a couple days ago, Pete got a call from a girl named Ashlee, I think that she's his cousin, maybe a friend, not sure, but he didn't answer because he was too busy playing video games. So I picked up and she just apologized and hung up. Good talk!

Furthermore, today Andy and Joe are supposed to come over, they have a surprise that I'm kinda scared about, but I guess I'll just have to wait and find out.

"Pete, clean up a bit, would ya? Also call your cousin back, she's been calling once every hour." I scoffed. "I got it, babe." he stood up and kissed my head.

Seconds later I heard a knock on the door. "Joe, Andy, you guys don't need to knock, I hope you know that." I yelled, but no one came through the door. I walked up to the door and looked out to see a girl, she looked a bit older than me, but she was kind of pretty, I guess.

"Pete, it's Ashlee. We need to talk, right now." she knocked again. I opened the door for her, she nearly bashed into me when I did. "Wrong apartment?" She asked. "No, I'm Patrick. Pete's boyfriend. You must be Ashlee." I stated as if I wasn't there to hear her say so.

"Yeah.." She paused and looked down at her purse in her hands. "-yes, yes. Where's Pete?" She was persistent as hell, but before I could answer Pete was already here, kind of like she summoned him. "I'll take care of this, go get ready." He kissed the top of my head and shooed me off. But I couldn't get ready after all of that. She just-- gave me a bad vibe.

"What's goin' on, Ash?" Pete could barely get that out before the a was filled with vulgar language. "You fucking idiot. How could you do this to someone?" She shouted as Pete stepped back with a semi offended expression across his face. I was peering out of the bathroom door frame as I had the door cracked a little. Pete wouldn't like it if I were confronted in this situation.

"Do what?" he lowered his voice, "you? I'm not sure how I got through it, honestly." He chuckled but was cut off by her slapping him. "No, you dipshit. There's-" "Pete! Where's Patrick? We gotta get this- oh hello." Joe started out serious, but then, as usual, turned out as a flirty little fuck.

"Goddamn." I whispered to myself. Joe decides to come in right when I'm about to figure out the mystery. Also, I'm really hoping that Pete isn't serious about the 'doing her' part of the story because that's not him. I've been with him all the time for the past few years, so it can't be true.

Can it?
