~*Karen's Animal Hospital*~
Three days past since then, I've been working for Karen now. And when she told me Frank was gay she meant it. His boyfriend comes to visit him every day during their lunch hour. I always find them making out in the closest.
"Alright Karen, I'm heading home now!!" I yelled out hanging up my lab coat.
"Alright see you tomorrow!" She screamed out, turns out Karen is like an over hyper active 15 year old and Frank handles all the bills and the paper work.
~*Home*~
"I'm Back!!!!!!" I screamed out throwing my shoes off and running into the living room. I threw myself onto my coach.
The wolf lay on the other coach watching t.v. He looked up at me and nodded.
"Hey, you've been at my house for 3 days now; and you said you don't have an owner...so~ I was kind of wondering if you wanted to be my pet?" I said kicking my leg back and forth in the air.
He turned to me and stared at me for about 5 minutes; I stayed quiet and stared back. He then turned back at the t.v. and nodded his head.
I jumped up and crawled towards him "You'll be my pet!!" I screamed out in excitement.
He nodded again but, was still looking at the TV.
I immediately hugged him around his neck. I pulled away from him smiling; he licked my cheek.
"So what should I call you? I mean I can't exactly call you wolf"
He just looked at me.
"Hmmm....ok how about I'll just keep saying names and you nod when you like it" I suggested.
"Michael" Nothing
"Toby" Nothing
"Paul" He glared
"Spot" He growled.
"Rex" Glare
"Fluffy" he glare me at harder. At this point I was just messing with him.
"Orlando" Nothing
"Johnny" Nothing, Yes I was going over movies.
"Bob" I was running out of ideas.
"....Jack?" I said unsure now. I looked at me with wide eyes and nodded.
"What Jack? You like Jack?!?!" I said smiling.
He nodded again.
~*2 weeks later*~
Jack and I have been together everyday, he even come with me to work and, we go home together. I like it. I don't feel lonely and he is my good luck charm. Since he is always around me I haven't been groped since, he's been with me. He always growls when they try to get close to me.
Karen and Frank became really good friends. So Karen is always coming over.
One day I felt Jack move out of bed. I figured he was hungry so I went down stairs with him. But, instead the back door was open and three wolfs where standing there, staring back at Jack.
"Jack?"
He turned to look at me.
"Is this your pack?" I said, I've watched a lot of wolf shows on t.v. lately.
He nodded.
"Are you leaving?"
He shook his head no.
I smiled. "Ok come back to bed when your done."
~*Jack's P.o.v*~
I heard howls from outside, I already knew who it was. I ran down stairs and, opened the back door I with my paw.
Jack we haven't seen you in weeks where have you been?
I've been busy
Everyone thought you were dead until Joey saw you with a human girl alive

Plus, David is running the school since you've been gone and I hear the human you've been living with is going to be there too. He hasn't see her yet, and she is quite the beauty. Do you really think David is going to pass her up.
Fuck, fine I'll go back. But, I'm still going to live here a little while longer
"Jack?" I suddenly heard Lori's voice.
I turned to look at her.
"Is this your pack?" She asked.
I nodded.
"Are you leaving?" She asked with a worried tone.
I shook my head no.
She smiled with relief "Ok come back to bed when your done"
She left back up stairs. I waited until she was completely gone.
When they said she was a sight to see, they weren't lying.
She is mine! Hands off!

I know that, already Sean's pack made that pretty clear.
After that they left into the dark forest. I ran back up stairs and, sat watching Lori sleep, watched as she reached out her hands looking for her pillow to hug. She had a strange habit of hugging things in her sleep. I picked up the corner of the comforter with my nose and crawled in.
I made my way near her and she grabbed me pulling me towards her. She nuzzled her face in my fur. I hope she never finds out about me, I actually like the life I have now; the feeling of being loved and cared for, it felt like a home.
