Ch. 11: Chill Day

Rin's POV

I woke up to the sun blinding me through the slits of the blinds.

"Uhg" I turned around to go back to bed.

"Awh Rin waaaakkkee up."

"Who's there?" I said annoyed.

"Are you serious who do you think it is, God!?"

"God's a woman? What the hell." I said jokingly.

"*giggle* yeah right."

"Anyway, why are you here Raven?" I said turning around to look at her. She was in a cute oversized sweater and some shorts, her hair was in a bun and... Wait, why do I care? Pfft I don't.

"Well the guys are out, and Shiemi invited Caileigh and me to go out with her, but I didn't want to go because it's too bright. Disgusting." She said scrunching up her face and then laughed at her own statement. "So I guess I'm stuck with you."

"Oh, what a shame." I said giving her a look and laid back down. I heard her run to my side.

"Wait I'm sorry... Kinda. I'm booored."

"No."

"Pleeeeease."

"Fiiiiine." I said getting up, "let me get dressed and we'll do something."

"Yuuussssss." And with that she walked out.

How do I always end up being dragged around by her I said laughing to myself. I put some clothes on and got ready.

"Hey raven have you eaten yet?" I said walking down the stairs.

"Nope, you making something?" She asked. I could tell she was excited.

"How about pancake's?"

"Dude Yes!!" She jumped out of her seat and started saluting to me "Raven Knight reporting for duty as co-chef"

"You want to help?" I said laughing.

"Well why not there's nothing to do. So can I?" She said giving me a pouty face.

"Alright show me what you got, Let's go." I smirked and gestured her to follow me into the kitchen. "Okay grab the flour, baking soda, and white sugar." I said while I grabbed the other ingredients.

"Hey Rin." she said tauntingly.

"Ye-" before I could finish my sentence Raven had thrown flour at my face. "So you want to play like that eh?" I said grabbing the white sugar and throwing it back at her.

"Oh it's so on!" We did this back and forth for a few minutes until I tackled her when she was turning around to grab more flour. I ended up holding her.

"That was awesome!" She said laughing. "Oh wait I forgot something." and as she turned around to throw more flour I grabbed her wrist. Our faces were only centimeters apart now, her beautiful brown eyes enticing me the more I stared into them.

Raven's POV

I had planned to stuff his face with the remaining flour I had in my hand but it ended up a lot different. Our face were so close but I couldn't back away. I didn't want to either, the way his dark blue eyes stared at me sent shivers through my whole body. I could feel him tighten his grip on me and as he leaned forward I closed my eyes preparing.

"AHhhh!?" I screamed as I fell to the floor. I had tripped on the flower and sugar that we had spilt everywhere. I looked over and saw that Rin had fallen too. "Sorry." I said laughing.

"We should probably clean up before everyone gets here." Rin said scratching the back of his head.

"Probably." We started cleaning, occasionally making awkward eye contact, but we eventually got the job done.

"FINALLY, all done." I said stretching my back out.

"How about we just have cereal instead." He said grabbing the milk from the fridge.

"Sounds like a plan." I said grabbing the boxes of cereal we had there and began serving myself. After we had "brunch" we went into my room to hang out and play some boardgames I still had.

"Hah I win, suck it!!!" Rin said as he jumped up from his spot.

I laughed. "It's just chutes and ladders man"

"A win, is a win!" He said proudly.

"Yeah yeah" I picked up the pieces and put up the game. Rin was sitting on my bed and I went and joined him lying back.

"I had fun today. Thanks." Rin said with a smile and laid down too.

We were both just staring at the ceiling. "How come you keep telling me 'thanks' I haven't even done anything." I said with a chuckle, "If anything I should be thanking you." I said looking at him. We looked at each other for awhile "oh not this again I can't take this any more." I thought and went for it. His lips were so soft I could stay like this forever but I pulled away coming to my senses.

"Oh god I'm sorry." I said getting up and covering my face.

"Don't be, really." He said chuckling at my embarrassment.

"Hey RAVEN I'M BACK AND I GOT SOME THINGS FOR YOU!!!" Caileigh busted through the door. "Uh what's going on here?" She said giving me a smirk.

"Nothing, I was just leaving." Rin got up and looked at me one last time before he left.

"Okay spill." Caileigh said crossing her arms. I just fell on my bed thinking about everything that happened.

°•°•°• After explaining •°•°•°

"O.. M... G..., I can't believe you. And you're still not together what the hell?"

"I still don't know if I want it to be like that anyway." I said turning off our light and getting into bed.

"What do you mean? You like him right?" Caileigh asked.

"I don't know." I said with a sigh. "I'm going to bed see you in the morning, night."

"Goodnight." She said and went to sleep

Caileigh's and my conversation kept running through my mind. "Do I really want Rin that way?" I got tired of thinking and went to sleep.
