Alright my readers! If anyone of you were expecting Alex and Yassen to have sex, I'm sorry, I can't give that to you. One, because I have no idea how to write them even though I read a lot of alex/Yassen fanfics - I think I could have already read almost of it :( . Two... That's just too much commitment for the both, geez slow down. Thank you for anyone that has been reading so far! :) I kinda teared up just thinking about the chapter(s) content. :/
--------------------------------
Alex had to stifle a smile on the plane on the way back to London. He can't wait to see Yassen again. His mission had been pretty simple, bug the place and once they have enough information. Boom! Blow the place up, simple as that. They just needed the information as a leverage against some other criminal organisation that has been causing trouble. Threaten them with the information they can receive and how they can easily destroy them will shut them up. Alex's mode had improved at the thought of Yassen. The assassin has dug deep into his heart. He wouldn't know how to react if the assassin died.
He doesn't even know the news that would leave him numb.

"Good job Alex." Was the first thing Mr Blunt had said when he entered the office. Alex's eyes narrowed suspiciously. Blunt never does that, never before he handed in his mission report. But he just did, the very moment he stepped into the office. He turned his head slightly to observe Mrs Jones as he walked over to hand over the thumb drives and hard drives he pulled him the computers that might contain something, since he is there why not take it? Mrs Jones was rolling the peppermint around her mouth a little too much today, as if she was preparing herself for something. Mr Blunt has this slightly pitying look donning his face. Alex stared at them coldly, waiting patiently for them to begin. When they didn't, Alex raised an eyebrow which made Mrs Jones almost gasp. The boy had started beginning to have some of the Russian assassin's behaviours. The eyebrow raise was something the Russian can pull off that would convey many types of messages, it's just whether you know how to read some of them - which is really hard, depending on whether they would let you read them or not. Alex just did one that conveyed him asking them whether they would talk or not. Alex, when sensing no answer, begin turning away to leave.
"Alex." Mrs Jones called out quietly, hoping the boy would turn around and stay calm throughout. She rolled his peppermint around to calm herself as well, she wants to prepare herself for every possible scenario - from the boy calmly accepting the news to him lashing out angrily at them to the boy breaking down or maybe a combination of all of those things mentioned. "We received some terrible news today." She said carefully, making Alex look at her weirdly. Terrible things happened everyday. What's so special about this particular news?
"Yassen Gregorovich was hired by a wealthy yet smart drug dealer to oversee a drug deal. The drug deal... Went haywire and everything took a turn South very quickly. The place blew up, we sent a team to check it out." Alex held his breath, praying hard that Yassen was just badly injured and in intensive care or something. "We found a body charred, with a scorpion tattooed on his body. We suspect it is Yassen Gregorovich and we ran a test with a strand of hair we found on the charred almost hairless body." Alex's breath hitched. He had one identical tattoo on his wrist that he always kept wrapped from his time being trained under Scorpia after listening to Yassen's suppose last words on Air Force one when Damian Cray had shot Yassen for refusing to shoot Alex. "The body could very possibly be Yassen's." Alex's body froze and a numb feeling washed over him. He suddenly couldn't feel anything, couldn't hear anything. The dread and sadness hitting him in waves, making him dizzy. He hadn't notice Mrs Jones move but she was standing beside him and had caught him when his legs gave out involuntarily. Blunt was looking slightly sad at the sight of the teenager's legs that had suddenly buckled under him. Over time, Blunt had unwillingly developed some sort of parental feeling over Alex - not that he would be willing to admit that. Mrs Jones already felt protective of Alex the moment they started using him. She had gotten into an argument with Blunt about it but both started pushing the reason towards being patriotic. "You should go home Alex." Blunt suggested, trying not to sound like he wasn't mollycoddling the boy. Alex slowly started snapping out of his daze despite still feeling numb. "No. Do... Do you have a mission? Anything. Please." Alex said, determined but it was barely louder than a whisper. He had even asked for a mission for God's sake! The two heads looked at each other hesitantly before Blunt nodded slowly. "We do have a mission for you. It's fairly simple, just an assassination. I'm sure you're more than qualified." Once Alex received his mission file and equipment. He walked out and to his car, driving off to the airport.

He doesn't want to believe it.
He had nothing left to live for now... If... Yassen was gone.
The only thing left would be doing mission.
He would exhaust himself to death with this
But he doesn't care anymore...
Everyone he loves is gone.
Yassen is gone and they never even said goodbye.
