I have always believed that drowning was a very peaceful way to die. Especially for an eighty seven year old lady that has lived a full and happy life. Finding out that’s how you went last time is a bit much to lay on a sixteen year old though. And that’s just what happened to me this time around. I’m special you see, most people believe that they have lived before. I know I have, as I get to remember. Every lifetime, on my sixteenth birthday I get given the ring. Always the same ring and always by the same person. Like most women dream of finding the perfect man, so did I. At least to start with. Then I had countless lifetimes to look. And I’m still looking. Little did I know that this time around my long search was over.
