I roasted my friend in an argument about Disney theories yesterday after she brought up Movie/Game Theories on YT. She was trying to claim that Repunzal and Elsa were related because they're both blonde (Elsa has white hair, what the fuck) and because they both have powers.
So I simply proved her wrong.
I think in Frozen they mention that a witch or somebody cursed Elsa, the king and queen's first daughter. And in Tangled, the special flower that if you sing to would make you less older was used for Repunzal because she needed it to live.
And then she just sat there blankly. Very confused indeed.
Then she said that Elsa is twenty one because Repunzal is eighteen in the movie (because Frozen came out three years later).
So I just drop my pencil.
I told her that Disney has a knack of making their movies at different time periods, and by the clothing and structures in Frozen, it was obvious that movie didn't even take place at the same time Tangled did.
And I told her you couldn't assume a character's age unless it is mentioned.
Well then.
