•Chapter 2•

Title- YAY!

12 YEARS LATER

Layla's POV

I was so excited! I was finally going to start my first day in college tomorrow! I was packing my stuff up to move to my dorm today.

I was SUPER happy about the college that excepted me! I actually got in Stanford University! Jackson did too! We don't live next to each other though. He lives two floors above me. I started packing when I got a text.

Jackson- Hey Layla!

Layla- Hey Jackson!

Jackson- Remember when I said I was going to come over and help pack up for college

Layla- Yeah

Jackson- Well Calum sorta wanted to come over and see your apartment in person

Layla- why he has seen it like 20 times

Jackson- He said he wants to say by to all the memories

Layla- He is one sweet guy

Jackson- Sure he is

Layla- You are only saying that cause he is your brother

Jackson- Um no

Layla- OK sure he can come

Jackson- Oh can his girlfriend come too? Calum wanted her to go too

Layla- Oh of course

Jackson- oh OK thanks bye!

After that I went and sat down on my couch for the last time and watched Netflix.

After watching a episode and a half of Criminal Minds, my favorite show, there was a knock at the door. I got up to answer it. It was Jackson, Calum, and Abby. Abby is Calum's girlfriend BTW. I let them in and they all sat down.

"I am so glad to be in your apartment, Layla," Jackson said. "Um why?" I asked. "The whole drive down they were flirting and kissing!" Jackson said in disgust. "Lol, " I responded.

"OK so what do you want us to do?" Calum asked. "Um you could help clean out the kitchen," I said. "OK! Abby and I will go do that!" Calum said and ran with Abby to the kitchen. "Oh and Jackson you can either clean this room or help me with my room, " I said.

"I'll do this room. So we go by faster, " Jackson said. "OK," I said and walked over my room.

1 hour and 30 minutes later

"Ugh finally done with my room," I said to myself. I walked over the the room Jackson packed and saw he was asleep on the couch. I smiled and went to the kitchen.

I came in and Calum and Abby were talking to each other. They were finished packing so I started grabbing the boxes and heading to my front door. I put it down then went to get another.

2 hours later

"Ok finally done,"I said. Jackson by then was awake. We moved all the boxes to my car and said goodbye to my apartment. I drove in my car with Abby and Calum rode with Jackson. Jackson and I agreed they needed a little space apart.

" So Abby what college do you want to go to?"I asked. "I want to go to the same school as Calum," Abby replied. "Ok?" I said.

Abby and I talked for half of the car ride. The other half she spent on her phone.

Abby's POV

It got dull and awkward so I decided to go on my phone. "Hey Abby you aren't texting Calum, right?" Layla asked. "No," I said back. "Ok," Layla said.

I decided to go on Instagram to check how many followers I got over the past day.

This morning I had 183 and now I have 187! I got four followers this morning. I was happy. My goal was to get to 200 followers on Instagram.

It was still a long car drive so I decided to pug in some earphones and watch YouTube.

We finally got to Stanford. It only took like 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here. I helped Layla bring her boxes to her dorm and Calum helped Jackson.

After bring all of the boxes up to there dorms Calum and I were exhausted. I were super tired so we sat on Layla's couch.

Calum or I would of drove back but we didn't have our driving license yet. We are only 16 years old. I really wanted my drivers license and so did Calum.

We decided to just call a cab to pick us up. In 10 minutes the cab was already here. "Bye Jackson! Bye Layla!" I shouted then headed to the cab with Calum.

Layla's POV

After they left Jackson went back to his dorm to get settled in. I started to first unpack my room.

3 hours later

I finally finished unpacking everything. I sat on my bed and watched some T.V. and fell asleep.

Sorry if nothing was going on in this chapter. I didn't have very many ideas. I do have some ideas for the next chapters though.
