•Chapter 10•

Title - The Date

Jackson's POV

"Hello..... Jackson," a voice said. I looked up. I was scared, surprised, and angry. It was Abby.

"What are you doing here!?" I screamed. "Woah woah woah calm down!" Abby said.

"Why are you here!? You are supposed to be in class!" I said angrily. "Um no. It is spring break remember." Abby said.

"Ohhhh yeahhh. Sorry for yelling at you. I'm just having a hard time," I said. "I need to talk with you," Abby said.

"Oh no! You are breaking up with Calum!?" I screamed and paniced. "No!" Abby said.

"Oh no! You two already broke up! I can't believe this I thought you two were perfect for each other!?" I said and cried a little.

"Omg no! I'm not breaking up with him or broke up with him! I just have news," Abby said.

"Oh. My. God. You are pregnant!? I'm going to be an uncle this is too much!" I said.

"Omg ew no! I'm 16 years old!" Abby screamed. "Oh. Ok. Good. I was worried for a second." I said relieved.

"Ok so I went to surprise Calum and tell him I got my drivers license and I sorta heard them yelling at each other..." Abby explained the whole day.

"Yeahhhh. About that um," I said. I was ready to tell her the truth. "My mother, father and I killed Layla's parents," I said nervous of how she was going to react.

"Oh ok. That's no biggy." Abby said. "Oh. Ok. Really cause I thought it would be hu...." I said relieved. "WHAT NO! I WAS KIDDING! HOW IS MURDERING SOMEONE NOT BIG!?" Abby screamed.

I was so scared. I was shocked. My eyes were open so wide and I looked so scared. I have never heard Abby yell before.

"Was Calum part of this!? Oh I'm SO breaking up with him!" Abby screamed furiously. "NO! He wasn't part of this! He actually tried to stop us but he was only 4 years old!" I said.

"Oh. Ok. Good! But still you should go to jail. No prison!" Abby said. "No! My mother still does it! I don't ! " I said.

"What about your father?" Abby asked. "Um my mom sorta tied him up and locked him in the basement." I said quickly and softly.

"WHAT!? WHY!?" Abby said confused. "Well. My dad sorta said killing was wrong and yeah that sorta explains itself," I said.

"When are you planning on telling Layla?" Abby asked.

"I really don't know." I said. "Well she eventually needs to find out," Abby said and walked back to her car. She drove away.

It was an hour before my date. I went to go to my dorm and get ready.

Stacy's POV

"Ah! OMG! One hour! I can't get ready in one hour! I have to do my hair, makeup, choose a dress, choose shoes! I'm not going to make it," I screamed.

"I thought this was a joke why does it matter?" Lily asked. "Ok I'm going to tell you a secret! You can't tell anyone!" I said.

"Yay! A secret! Ok! I promise I won't tell!" Lily said excitingly. "Ok. I like Jackson!" I said.

Her mouth dropped open. Her eyes grow big. She was frozen. "Hello? Lily? Are you still alive?" I asked.

She just stood there. She didn't even blink. It started to freak me out. I slowly walk into the bathroom.

I decided what to do with my hair. I put my hair into a high ponytail, made a bun, and then took a section of my hair, braided it, and then wrapped it around the bun.

I Bobby pinned it in place and smiled. "I look a-mazing!" I said to myself.

I put a black bow in my hair and when back to my room.

Lily was still frozen. I walked to my vanity and started my makeup. I did my makeup and headed to my closet.

I passed by Lily. She was still frozen. "This is why I don't tell her secrets like this!" I said go myself.

I went to my closet. I looked through my dresses. "Should I wear this long green one or should I wear this long pink one?" I mumbled.

"Oh I know the perfect dress." I said. I pulled out a black dress that had a hot pink belt in the middle, straps, and was almost to my knees about 2 inches away.

I smiled. Put it on and went back to Lily. "Wow I did make it. I still have 10 minutes," I said. Lily was still frozen. I decided to unfreeze her.

"Oh Lily! I guess I can't tell you a secret ever again!" I said. Then she unfroze. "What what! Where am I!? You like Jackson?!" Lily said.

For some reason it always works. I laughed. "Hey Stacy?" Lily asked.

"What?" I asked. "You forgot!" Lily said. "What forgot what?" I said shocked. I remembered everything.

"You sorta need to go to his dorm and meet him in 5 minutes and you didn't get shoes," Lily said nervously.

I looked at my feet. My eyes widened. "Ah! I'm not going to make it!" I screamed.

"Here put these hot pink heels on!" Lily said and gave them to me. I put them on and grabbed my clutch and headed out the door.

I was fast walking all the way to Jackson's dorm room. On the way up the stairs I saw Layla. Yes I took the stairs. The elevator was taking forever.

"Move out of the way Layla!" I screamed and pushed her out of the way.

I got to Jackson's dorm. He was waiting outside in a tux. He looked so hot in it! I blushed when he talked.

"Hey there you are! I was looking for you," Jackson said. I blushed even more.

We held hands and walked down the stairs. I saw Layla look at me and looked crushed. I waved bye to her and chuckled.

Jackson is mine! I thought to myself.

We had and amazing time at dinner. He was such a gentleman. He opened the door for me, he payed, he put his jacket over me when I was cold.

I was actually happy for once in my life.

"I had an amazing time," I said nervously. "Me too," he said nervously too. We were at the door of my dorm room. We hugged and said goodbye.

I went in my dorm room and fell on my bed. I have never felt this happy in my life.

Layla's POV

I went to my dorm and cried my eyes out. "Why her! Why did he date stupid Stacy!? I guess I'm just a friend! Just a friend!" I screamed.

I was crying my eyes out. He didn't even look upset holding hands with her. And he isn't a very good actor either.

It can't be! He can't be calling for her! Out of everyone it has go be Stacy!

Stacy is a life ruiner! " I HATE HER!!!" I said and cried so much my head started to hurt a LOT.

I cried myself to sleep while comparing myself to Stacy. And woke up to a text.

Did Jackson actually fall for Stacy? What does Stacy mean by she has never felt happier? Who texted Layla? Find out on the next chapter of..... Tears!
