Selena's Point Of View

I waited out in the hall way when Justin showed up

"Hey, you wanted to talk about something."

I look at him "Yeah. I'm going to be out of the city and I thought I should let you know so you don't worry."

"Is there a reason why you're going?" He crosses his arms.

"Yeah just to visit and see what has changed since I've been gone."

After speaking with Justin, he was alright with me going out of the city but expects for me to call him while I was there.

I put the final bag in the trunk then got inside the car where Niko was in his car seat and sleeping with his teddy bear.

A few hours go by and I finally arrive at my hometown to see some things were the same. I stop near a hotel where I was staying at with Niko and once everything was settle.

The Next Day

I take Niko with me to look around town. We looked around places and not even noticing how far I have been looking until I noticed a familiar house. My parents' house.

I walked over to the door and knocked on it.

It's been a long time since I've seen my parents and I'm not sure how they'll take it when they see Niko since this will be the first time.

The door opens and there standing was my mom who is obviously surprise to see me after so long.

"Selena," she looks at me then looks at Niko "Is this who I think it is?" she asks.

I nod my head "Mom, this is Niko Christopher Y/L. Your grandson."

She continues to look at him "Can I hold him?"

I nod my head and hand Niko to her. As she was holding him, Niko looks at my mom and smiles with his tongue somewhat sticking out.

She starts to tear up a little "My first grand baby." she looks back at me "Please come in."

She invites me in and we began to catch up on things after I left. "How old is Niko?" she asks me as Niko snuggled up to her.

"He's only a year old."

Your Point Of View

"Y/N, can we feed the ducks please?" I look at Gracie who pointed at the ducks who were walking on the grass.

I nod my head and took her to feed the ducks. As we were feeding the ducks I then realize I had to take her home since her mom is waiting for her to come home.

"C'mon Gracie, we gotta get going." I tell her and she pouts at me. She threw the last piece of bread to the ducks and we left the park.

On the way back to her house, I carried her since she was tired from all we did today. When we got back to her place, I greeted her mom who got Gracie.

"Did she behave good like she promised?" she asks.

"Yeah she was good the whole time. No trouble at all."

"Thank you for spending time with her. Actually ummm can you watch over Niko while I take Gracie to bed? He's in the living room playing with some toys."

I nod my head and went to the living room where I see a little boy sitting on a blanket playing with a firetruck. I sit by him as he was playing then he notices me. He looks at me then crawls to me and hugs me.

Even though I just met him, I right away had a connection with him like this is right to have him with me. I held him and he smiles at me with his tongue slightly out almost like I would do.

"Hello Niko," I tell him and he pokes my cheek "Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N." I shake his little hand and when I let go of his hand, he got a hold of my finger.

I played with Niko for a while when Mandy returns after putting Gracie to bed. She sees me with Niko and noticed a type of bond between me and Niko.

"Thank you for watching him for me while I put Gracie to bed."

"You're welcome. Well," I get up from the ground "I should get going now."

Once I said that, Niko began to whine a little at me which made me hold him as he buries his face on my shoulder.

"Don't worry, Niko. You'll see me soon again." I kiss his head and he right away looks at me with a smile.

Selena's Point Of View

I made a quick stop at the hotel to pick up diaper since I knew Niko was going to need it just in case. Right when I got it, I get a call from Justin. I ignore his call and made my way back to my mom's house where Niko was still playing with a toy.

I stayed with my mom for a few hours then it was time to go

"Please be careful." My mom tells me as I left with Niko.

As I was walking back to the hotel with Niko, it started raining. I covered Niko quickly so he wouldn't get wet or cold. Due to the amount of rain that was pouring, it was impossible to be able to see.

Until I see two lights on the road and stop right by where me and Niko were at.

"Gotta get you out of this rain." I hear a voice and lead me and Niko to a truck.

When I wipe my eyes, I couldn't believe what I saw..

"Y/N."

After a long time, there's finally an update

The reason for the wait is because I wanted the next chapter to be just right
