Your Point Of View

I completely forgot about the weather so I had to hurry back home before this rain kills me.

As I was driving, I noticed someone out in the rain. It looked like they were having trouble to where they were going.

I stopped the truck beside them and got out of my truck, despite it pouring hard.

"Gotta get you out of this rain." I helped them get in my truck.

When we were in the truck,  I was about to start my truck when I hear a voice I haven't heard for a long time.

"Y/N."

I look at her and still she looked beautiful "Selena."

She looks at me then reaches her hand to touch my arm to see if I'm real.

I was about to say something to her until she fainted. After she fainted, I noticed Niko on her lap who was surprised to see her pass out and he pats her cheek to try to wake her up.

As I drove to my house, I had Niko on my lap as he hugged me while Selena was still passed out.

The Next Day

Selena's Point Of View

I woke up right away to find myself in a room. I looked around and then my mind wondered to where Niko was.

I get out of the room to hear little laughs coming from across the hall. I walk and find Niko with Y/N, laying his head on her chest.

Y/N sees me and sits up, laying Niko's head on her shoulder as he slept quietly.

I watched closely on how Y/N was with Niko, it almost made me want to tell her that Niko was her son.

As Y/N set Niko down on the bed while he slept, I finally had the courage to say something.

"I thought you were dead, Y/N."

Y/N looks at me and clears her throat "Almost was but I got lucky." she wipes her mouth "But not lucky when I found out you left." her eyes made contact with mine. Her hand holding mine, I missed this so much "Let me take you out tonight."

"Is this your way of asking me out, Y/N?" I watched to see what she does.

"If that's what it seems then yes I'm asking you out if you're willing to accept." Y/N pulls me close to her which made me lose my breath for a moment "So what do you say?"

I looked at her and got lost in her eyes "Yes I accept."

She rested her forehead against mine, just inches away from kissing me until my phone rang which caused us to pull away from each other.

I took a deep breath "I'm so sorry." I take my phone out to answer it.

Your Point Of View

While Selena went to answer to whoever called her, I began thinking what to do for our date.

My thoughts stopped when I hear sniffles coming from the room. I walk into the room to find Niko sniffling, he must of had a nightmare. I pick him up and he snuggle up to my neck as I rub the back of his head.

2 minutes later, Selena returns after a phone call and saw me with Niko.

I wonder what she's thinking right now

"I should get going. I need to head back to the hotel."

Just by the sound of her voice I could tell she was nervous almost as if something is going to happen if she is alone with me.

I put my hand on her shoulder, rubbing it softly in a way to help her relax then moved my hand from her shoulder to her cheek where she began to lean on.

I stroked her cheek and our eyes made contact

"I could stare into your eyes all day and still believe they are the most beautiful eyes in the whole wide world."

She was about to say something until nothing came out.

I lean in slowly and kissed her cheek then held onto her hand.

Selena's Point Of View

I could feel my heart beating hard and loud, I swear that Y/N could hear it.

"Y/N," I look at her but I couldn't say what I wanted to say to her. Right when I was about to say something, Niko reached out to me by touching my hair.

Y/N hands me Niko and he looks at Y/N with his tongue sticking out in a form of a smile.

"If you want,  I could drive you back to the hotel."

"No, No No" I clear my throat "I was wondering if I could stay with you for a while since over there I hardly know anyone."

A few minutes later

"I'm telling you, Taylor. I didn't know Y/N was alive. I thought," I sigh as I was on the phone with Taylor "God I don't know what to do."

"Did you at least tell Y/N you're engage?" 

I stayed quiet which cause Taylor to yell at me

"You need to tell her."

"I know and I will." I run my hand through my hair

"Alright I'll see you soon."

I hang up and sigh to what I got to do, not only will I tell Y/N but it will be the hardest thing to do especially since I still love her.
